المستخلص: أهداف الدراسة: التعريف بمفهوم وأنواع الإرهاب الإلكتروني للجماعات الإرهابية عبر الوسوم (#الهاشتاقات) في تويتر تجاه المملكة العربية السعودية، ومؤسساتها الدينية، ورموزها، وبيان صور إرهاب الجماعات الإلكتروني عبر الوسوم (#الهاشتاقات) في تويتر تجاه المملكة العربية السعودية، ومؤسساتها الدينية، ورموزها، والكشف عن أساليب الإرهاب الإلكتروني للجماعات الإرهابية تجاه المملكة العربية السعودية، ومؤسساتها، ورموزها، ثم أخيرا وضع السبل الفكرية لحماية المجتمع السعودي من إرهاب الجماعات الإلكتروني تجاه المملكة العربية السعودية، ومؤسساتها الدينية، ورموزها.. منهج الدراسة: المنهج الوصفي الوثائقي، والمنهج الاستنباطي، ومنهج التحليل الكيفي. نتائج الدراسة: يصح تسمية الإرهاب بالإرهاب الإلكتروني إذا كانت وسيلة إيصاله للجمهور عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، والتطبيقات الذكية، والبيانات الرقمية، فيوصف هذا بالإلكتروني، ويتعلق بالأمور الفكرية، وأما إن كان تقليديا في وسائله، فلا يصح أن يطلق عليه إرهابا إلكترونيا. الإرهاب الإلكتروني وسيلة استخدمتها الجماعات الإرهابية للنيل من المملكة العربية السعودية، وقادتها، ورموزها الجماعات الإرهابية تستخدم أنواعا عديدة للتأثير على المجتمع، ولتحقيق أهدافهم، ومخططاتهم، عبر التغريدات المباشرة، أو التعليق على القضايا، والمواضيع التي يريدونها، أو عن طريق إنشاء الهاشتاقات للاصطفاف حولها، وإبراز القضايا التي يريدونها، ومهاجمة المملكة، ومؤسساتها، ورموزها، أو عن طريق استغلال الهاشتاقات لحرف اسم الهاشتاق عن مضمونه وعنوانه الذي وضع من أجله. هناك طرق ووسائل لحماية المجتمع من الجماعات الإرهابية عبر الحماية الدينية، والسياسية والاجتماعية، والثقافية والإعلامية، ينبغي التنبه لها، والعمل عليها.

The study objectives: Introducing the concept and types of electronic terrorism of the Terrorist groups through the hashtags (# hashtags) on Twitter towards the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its religious institutions and symbols, and clarifying the images of the Muslim Brotherhood’s electronic terrorism through the hashtags (# hashtags) on Twitter towards the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its religious institutions and symbols, and reveal the methods of electronic terrorism of the Terrorist groups towards the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its institutions and symbols. Finally the development of intellectual ways to protect the Saudi society from the electronic terrorism of the Terrorist groups towards the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its religious institutions and symbols.. The study results: It is correct to call and make term of terrorism electronic terrorism if the means of its distribution to the public is through social media, smart applications and digital data, so it is described here as electronic, and it is related to intellectual matters, but if it is traditional means, we can't call it electronic terrorism. Electronic terrorism is a means used by the Terrorist groups to undermine the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, its leaders and symbols. The Terrorist groups terrorist group uses many types to influence society and achieve their goals and plans, through direct tweets, commenting on the issues and topics they want, or by creating hashtags to align around them and highlight the issues they want and attack the Kingdom, its institutions and symbols, or by using hashtags to change the name of the hashtag from its content and address. for which it was set. There are ways and means to protect society from the Terrorist groups through religious, political, social, cultural and media protection, which we should pay attention to and work on. Recommendations: we should finding private bodies that communicate with officials in managing social media sites to deal with the accounts of the terrorist Brotherhood and other extremist groups. Enact agreements between countries to hold accountable all terrorist groups who harm and fight the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, institutions and symbols, and not to cover up or protect them. Forming professional and deterrent teams from educational, religious, intellectual, security, media and technical authorities in the face of offensive tweets and publications to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, institutions and symbols on social networking sites. Expanding the activities of intellectual awareness units in Saudi universities to protect male and female students from the suspicions of the Terrorist groups terrorist group spread in their books and heritage on social networking sites.
