المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث دراسة مسألة علاقة العمل بالإيمان عند المتكلمين؛ حيث إن مسائل الإيمان من المسائل الكلامية التي دار حولها خلاف في الفكر الكلامي الإسلامي. ومن هنا فالبحث يبين رؤية الفرق الكلامية في بيان علاقة العمل بالإيمان، وأثر ذلك على الواقع المعاصر؛ خصوصا؛ إذا أخذنا في الاعتبار أن هذه العلاقة قد تباينت واختلفت عند هؤلاء الفرق؛ كالخوارج، والمرجئة، وأهل الاعتزال، وأهل الحديث، وأهل السنة- الأشاعرة والماتريدية-. على أن البحث يُظهر السياق الفكري الذي نشأت فيه المسألة عند أصحابها مرتبطة ومقترنة عند البعض منهم بالواقع التاريخي، والبيئي؛ مما أثر على صياغة المسألة بالصياغة المعروفة عندهم. كذلك يسجل البحث ما يترتب على رؤية كل فريق من أثر في واقعنا المعاصر، من خلال التحقيق، والتدقيق تجاه صحة هذه الآراء، أو عدم صحتها عند القائلين بها؛ لإظهار ما يوافق العقل الصحيح، والنقل الصريح دون شطط، أو تعصب لرأي بعينه.

This research deals with the study of the issue of the relationship This research deals with the study of the issue of the relationship between work and faith among the theologians; As issues of faith are among the theological issues around which there has been a dispute in Islamic theological thought. Hence, the research shows the vision of the verbal difference in explaining the relationship of work with faith, and its impact on the contemporary reality; Especially if we take into account that this relationship has varied and differed among these teams; Such as the Kharijites, the Murji’ah, the people of retirement, the people of hadith, and the Sunnis– the Ash’aris and the Maturidis –. However, the research shows the intellectual context in which the issue arose for its owners, linked and associated with some of them with the historical and environmental reality. Which affected the formulation of the issue with the wording known to them. The research also records the impact of each team’s vision on our contemporary reality, through investigation and scrutiny towards the validity of these opinions, or their incorrectness to those who say them; To show what agrees with the correct mind, and to convey explicitly without exaggeration, or intolerance of a particular opinion.
