المستخلص: تتلخص مشكلة البحث حول دراسة الطريق الذي سلكه النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم في دعوة العجم من خلال استنباط المنهج الدعوي من متن أحاديث الرسائل النبوية المرسلة لملوك وزعماء العجم آنذاك ويهدف البحث لبيان المنهج العلمي والعملي التطبيقي للأساليب النبوية في دعوة العجم للإسلام وبيان حقيقته لإسعاد البشرية. وتم استخدام المنهج التاريخي الوصفي والاستنباطي التحليلي وتكون هذا البحث من مقدمة وخمسة مباحث، الأول منها لبيان نشأة الدعوة النبوية للعجم والثاني يختص بمكاتبات النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لملوك الأرض خاصة ملك الفرس وملك الروم، والمبحث الثالث فيه ذكر ودراسة أحاديث الرسائل النبوية إلى كسرى ملك الفرس وتوجيه تلك الأحاديث دعويا، والرابع فيه ذكر ودراسة أحاديث الرسائل إلى قيصر ملك الروم والتوجيهات الدعوية، وأما المبحث الخامس تم فيه استنباط المنهج العلمي في دعوة العجم وملامحه التي تتمثل في التخطيط السليم والبيان عند الحاجة ودراسة وتقدير الموقف وإبراز الواقعية في العرض والوضوح والشمول والإيجاز كذلك بيان المنهج العملي في دعوة العجم من خلال الدعوة بالحكمة والموعظة الحسنة والمناظرة والجدال بالحسنى والوفاء بالعهد وتقدير الرجال. ومن نتائج البحث توطيد النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لأسلوب جديد في التعامل الدولي لم تعرفه البشرية من قبل، وعالمية الدعوة الإسلامية وبيان سمات المكاتبات النبوية لرؤساء وزعماء العالم فقد افتتحت بالبسملة ومشروعية إرسال السفراء المسلمين إلى زعماء الكفر وجواز الكتابة للكفار في أمر الدنيا والآخرة وتوطين النفس على الصبر في حال إعراض المدعوين وبيان أن النصارى أقرب إلى الإسلام من المجوس لأنهم أهل كتاب. الترغيب والترهيب من أهم أساليب الدعوة. من توصيات البحث وجوب اتباع المنهج الدعوي الذي سار عليه النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في دعوته للعجم والتخلق بأخلاقه ولزوم هديه صلى الله عليه وسلم مع المخالفين.

The problem of the research is about studying the path taken by the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, in calling the non-Arabs by deriving the advocacy approach from the text of the hadiths of the prophetic messages sent to the kings and leaders of the non-Arabs at the time. The historical descriptive and deductive analytical method was used, and this research consists of an introduction and five topics, the first of which is to explain the emergence of the prophetic call to the Persians, and the second is concerned with the correspondences of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, to the kings of the earth, especially the king of the Persians and the king of the Romans. The hadiths are advocacy, and the fourth mentions and studies the hadiths of the letters to Caesar, the king of the Romans, and the advocacy directives. As for the fifth topic, the scientific method was devised in the call of the Persians and its features, which are represented in proper planning and statement when needed, studying and estimating the situation, highlighting realism in presentation, clarity, comprehensiveness, and brevity, as well as a statement of the practical approach. In inviting non-Arabs through advocacy with wisdom, good exhortation, debate, argument with kindness, fulfillment of the covenant, and appreciation of men. Among the results of the research is the consolidation of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, for a new method in international dealings that humanity did not know before, the universality of the Islamic call, and the statement of the characteristics of the prophetic correspondences of the presidents and leaders of the world, as they opened with the basmalah, the legitimacy of sending Muslim ambassadors to the leaders of disbelief, the permissibility of writing to the infidels in the matter of this world and the Hereafter, and settling oneself to patience in case Turning away the invitees and stating that the Christians are closer to Islam than the Magi because they are People of the Book. Enticement and intimidation are among the most important methods of advocacy. One of the recommendations of the research is the necessity of following the advocacy approach that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, followed in his call to non-Arabs, adopting his morals, and adhering to his guidance, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, with the violators.
