المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث إشكالية التأويل الإشاري للنص العقدي، ويهدف إلى تمييز التأويل الإشاري المقبول عن غيره من التأويلات الباطنية، التي تلغي ظاهر النصوص وتجحد معانيها، وتعتمد المعاني الباطنية. مع مراعاة الشروط والضوابط الأصولية، واستنتاج الآثار المترتبة على التأويل الإشاري، من جهة سلامة الاعتقاد بمصادر التلقي والاستدلال الصحيحة، ومن جهة إفساد الاعتقاد بوظيفة التأويل الإشاري. واستخدمت الباحثة فيه المنهج الاستنباطي والمنهج النقدي، ومنهما توصلت إلى نتائج البحث التي من أبرزها: خصوصية النصوص العقدية أنها تتضمن عقائد معنوية، أو يكون مؤداها إلى مفاهيم وأفكار منحرفة، أو تفريغ النص العقدي من المعاني الحقيقية، وهذا هو إشكال التأويل الإشاري على النص العقدي. ومع أن ثمت مسوغات يحتج بها أصحاب التأويل الإشاري؛ بدليل التدبر والفهم للقرآن الكريم؛ لكن نشأت الإشكالية في مفادها لمقصود التدبر وحقيقته بسبب الغلو في التأويل الإشاري من جهة، والتفريط في حقائق المصطلحات العقدية. واتفق العلماء المحققون على التحذير من التكلف للتأويل الإشاري، الذي يصرف أهل التكليف عن ظواهر النصوص وحقائقها، ويؤدي إلى مخالفة الهدي النبوي وأصحابه من بعده. وأوصت الباحثة بدراسة اتجاهات المدارس الاجتهادية الإسلامية إزاء التأويل الإشاري للنص العقدي ومؤثراته. كما أوصت بتضمين مفردة التأويل الإشاري إجمالًا والتأويل الإشاري للنص العقدي خصوصًا في مقرراتها الدراسية.

This research deals with the problem of the indicative interpretation of the nodal text, and aims to distinguish the accepted indicative interpretation from other esoteric interpretations, which cancel the outward appearance of the texts and deny their meanings, and adopt the esoteric meanings. Taking into account the fundamental conditions and controls, and deducing the implications of the indicative interpretation, in terms of the soundness of belief in the correct sources of reception and inference, and in terms of corrupting the belief in the function of the indicative interpretation. The researcher used the deductive approach and the critical approach, and from them she reached the results of the research, the most prominent of which are: The specificity of the doctrinal texts is that they include moral beliefs, or lead to deviant concepts and ideas, or empty the doctrinal text from the true meanings, and this is the problem of indicative interpretation on the doctrinal text. Although there are justifications invoked by the owners of indicative interpretation; With the evidence of contemplation and understanding of the Holy Qur’an; But the problem arose in denoting the meaning and reality of contemplation because of the exaggeration in the indicative interpretation on the one hand, and the negligence in the realities of the nodal terms. Investigating scholars agreed to warn against the affectation of indicative interpretation, which distracts the people of assignment from the phenomena and facts of the texts, and leads to violating the guidance of the Prophet and his companions after him the researcher recommended study of the Islamic jurisprudential schools' attitudes towards the indicative interpretation of the doctrinal text and its effects It also recommended the inclusion of the term denotative interpretation in general and the denotative interpretation of the contractual text, in particular, in its academic curricula.
