المستخلص: برز في مدينة الحلة خلال القرون المنصرمة العديد من العلماء والمفكرين ومنهم العلامة الجليل جمال الدين أبو منصور الحسن بن يوسف بن علي بن محمد بن مطهر الحلي (648-726هـ)، وكان ذا علوم واسعة في الفقه والتشريع والتراجم وغيرها، خلال القرن الثامن الهجري، ومن اشهر مؤلفاته: كشف المراد، ونهج الحق وكشف الصدق، وخلاصة الأقوال، والجوهر النضيد، ومنهاج الصلاح في اختصار المصباح الذي ارتئينا أن يكون موضوع لبحثنا، إذ ورد بين دفات هذا الكتاب الكثير من الدعاء والتوسل لله سبحانه وتعالى الذي يعد من اهم روابط القرب له، ومن اقوى الأسباب في نجح المطلوب واعظمها في الوصول إلى الهدف المقصود. يعد الدعاء وسيلة اتصال بين المرء وخالقه، وهو شعور الأنسان الباطني بصلة وارتباطه بعالم لا مبدأ له ولانهاية، فضلا عن ذلك انه الأقبال على الدعاء يعتبر روح العبادة، والعبادة هي الغاية في خلق الإنسان، لهذا يقال أن (الدعاء مخ العبادة)، فمن أثاره انه يمحوا السيئات وحالات اليأس والقنوط والهجران والوحدة والغربة والقنوت واليأس، ويدعوا إلى الهدوء والسكينة والطمأنينة التي يكتسبها الداعي، مما يشعره بالسرور والفرح والانقطاع إلى الله تعالى، ويشد أيمانه ويوثق صلته بالله تعالى، ومن ذلك عني أهل البيت رضي الله عنهم بالدعاء عناية بالغة، وأشار العلامة الحلي في كتابه إلى الكثير من ادعيتهم وأقوالهم، كما أشار إلى آداب الدعاء وشروطه، لأنه سلاح الأنبياء والمؤمنين، ومفتاح الرحمة والنجاح والجنان، وعمود الدين، ودافع البلاء، وراد القضاء، وفي هذا الصدد. قال تعالى في سورة الفرقان، الآية 77: [قُلْ مَا يَعْبَؤُاْ بِكُمْ رَبِّى لَوْلَا دُعَآؤُكُمْ فَقَدْ كَذَّبْتُمْ فَسَوْفَ يَكُونُ لِزَاماً]

Uncovering what is meant, the approach of truth, revealing the truth, summarizing the sayings, the pure essence, and the method of righteousness in abbreviating the lamp, which we decided to be the subject of our research, as there was a lot of supplication and supplication to God Almighty, which is one of the most important ties of closeness to him, and one of the strongest The reasons for the success of the desired and the greatest in reaching the intended goal. Supplication is a means of communication between a person and his Creator, and it is a person’s inner feeling of connection and connection with a world that has no beginning and no end. They erase the bad, the cases of despair, despair, abandonment, loneliness, estrangement, despondency and despair, and they call for calm, tranquility and tranquility that the supplicant acquires, which makes him feel pleasure, joy and cessation to God Almighty, and strengthens his faith and strengthens his relationship with God Almighty, and from that the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) prayed with great care. Allama Al-Hilli in his book referred to many of their supplications and sayings, as he referred to the etiquette and conditions of supplication, because it is the weapon of the prophets and believers, and the key to mercy, success, and heaven, and the pillar of religion, and the defense of affliction, and the desire of justice, and in this regard The Almighty said: Say, “My Lord, what would they afflict you, were it not for your supplication ” Then you have certainly lied, so it will be obligatory Surat Al-Furqan, Ayah 77.
