المستخلص: إن علم التفسير فنّ غني عن أن يُشاد بجلاله ويُشار إلى فضله وإلى الحاجة إليه؛ والإمام الماوردي رحمه الله- أبو الحسن علي ابن محمد ابن محمد بن حبيب البصري البغدادي-، الشهير بالماوردي (ت: ٤٥٠هـ) وكتابه "تفسير الماوردي= النكت والعيون" واحد من هؤلاء الذين أوقفوا حياتهم على الاعتناء بكتاب الله تعالى، وممن أفنى عمره في خدمته وتعليمه؛ فنبغ في تفسيره وتفوق على ذويه، وأحد المفسرين الأوائل الذين جمعوا بين المنقول والمعقول؛ فتفسيره ثري بالاجتهادات المنقولة وكذلك الاحتمالات التي تفرد بها بعد إيراده لأقوال من سبقه من المفسرين الذين اعتمد عليهم في تفسيره، ولما للماوردي رحمه الله من باع في عرض هذه الاحتمالات والتي تُعد اجتهادات تفرد بها في عرضه لتفسير الآية فأردت التعرض في هذا البحث لهذه الاحتمالات التفسيرية التي أوردها الماوردي في تفسيره "النكت والعيون" للوقوف على مدى إثراء هذه المادة التفسيرية للمكتبة التفسيرية والدراسة ما كان منها مقبولاً أو مردودًا. وقد جاءت الدراسة لمناقشة هذه الاحتمالات ومدى إضافتها للمادة التفسيرية، والماوردي قد نص على ذلك في تفسيره في مقدمته، ولذلك فإن تفسير الماوردي يُعد من أهم التفاسير جمعًا للأقوال، وكذلك جمعًا بين التفسير بالمأثور، والتفسير بالرأي، وكثرة الاحتمالات التي أوردها الماوردي في تفسيره؛ جديرة بالدراسة للوقوف على مدى إثرائها للمادة التفسيرية، وهذه الاحتمالات الواردة في تفسير الماوردي منها ما هو إضافة كبيرة، وهو كثير، ومنها ما هو مردود بتعقب العلماء لهذه الاحتمالات، ومدى تحري الماوردي عند ذكر الاحتمالات، وقد أشار أنها مما سنح به الخاطر؛ فهو لم يجزم بقول ولم يقطع باحتمال.

The science of interpretation is an art that does not need to be praised for its majesty, and its merits and the need for it are indicated. And Imam Al-Mawardi, may God have mercy on him - Abu Al-Hassan Ali Ibn Muhammad Ibn Muhammad Ibn Habib Al-Basri Al-Baghdadi -, who is known as Al-Mawardi (d.: 450 AH) and his book “Tafsir Al-Mawardi = Jokes and Eyes” is one of those who set their lives on caring for the Book of God Almighty, and who spent his life serving it teach him; So he excelled in his interpretation and excelled over his relatives, and one of the first commentators who combined the transmitted and the reasonable. His interpretation is rich in the jurisprudence transmitted, as well as the possibilities that he was unique in after he mentioned the sayings of those who preceded him from among the commentators whom he relied on in his interpretation, and because Al-Mawardi, may God have mercy on him, was a seller in presenting these possibilities, which are considered jurisprudences that he was unique in presenting to interpret the verse. Al-Mawardi mentioned it in his interpretation of "jokes and eyes" in order to find out the extent to which this explanatory material enriched the interpretive library and to study What was acceptable or unacceptable? The study came to discuss these possibilities and the extent to which they add to the explanatory material, and Al-Mawardi stipulated that in his interpretation in his introduction. It is worth studying to determine the extent to which it enriches the exegetical material, and these possibilities contained in the interpretation of al-Mawardi are a great addition, and it is many, and among them is what is attributed to the scholars following these possibilities, and the extent to which al-Mawardi investigated when mentioning the possibilities. He is He did not say with certainty and did not cut off with possibility.
