المستخلص: موضوع البحث: الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالعم. أهداف البحث: يهدف البحث إلى توضيح مفهوم العم، وبيان منزلته في الدين الإسلامي، ومعرفة المستحق للمناداة بلفظ العمومة، ويهدف إلى جمع الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالعم ودراستها. منهج البحث: استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والمنهج الاستنباطي كمنهجين منا سبين لطبيعة البحث. أهم النتائج: اشتمل البحث على عدد من النتائج منها: أن العم في الحقيقة اللغوية: يطلق على: أخ الأب، والجماعة من الناس، والنخل الطوال التام، والمقصود به في الحقيقة الشرعية: أخ الأب مطلقًا، وظهرت منزلته في القرآن والسنة، والأفضل والصواب مناداة العم بلفظ العمومة دون غيرها. كما يُشرع بر العم وصلته، وأنه لا يصل إلى مرتبة الأب، وأنه تجب النفقة على العم، ويعصب العم بنفسه فيرث جميع المال، وكذلك الباقي، إذا لم يكن عاصب أولى منه، ويُحجب العم بالأصول، والفروع، والأخ، وابن الأخ، ولا يتحمل العم الدية في القتل العمد، ويتحملها بالقتل الخطأ أو شبه العمد، ويجوز للعم تولي الحضانة، كما أنه يُقطع في السرقة متى توفرت الشروط.

Research topic: The research deals with jurisprudential rulings related to uncle. Research Objectives: The research aims to clarify what is meant by the uncle, and to indicate his status in the Islamic religion, and to call the uncle in the wording of the general, as it seeks to collect and study the jurisprudential rulings related to the uncle. Research Methodology: The researcher used the descriptive survey method The deductive approach, as two of us, is due to the nature of the research. The most important results: The research included a number of results, including: that the uncle in the language is called: the brother of the father, the group of people, and the full long palm, and what is meant by it in Sharia: the brother of the father at all, and his position appeared in the Qur’an and the Sunnah, and it is better to call the uncle by the word uncle. without others. It also legislates the honoring of the uncle and his relationship and that he does not reach the level of the father and that the maintenance is obligatory on the uncle, and the uncle is a mother who has no guardianship over the marriage by agreement, and his guardianship is valid if he has two parents or a father by agreement, and it is more likely that his arrangement is after the brothers and grandfather by guardianship, and it is not valid for him to force his guardianship On the most correct marriage. The uncle is blinded himself and inherits all the money, as well as the rest, if he is not the first one, and the uncle is withheld to parents by assets, branches, and brother, and the uncle does not bear blood money in premeditated murder, and he bears it by manslaughter or semi-intentional murder, and the uncle may take custody, and it is cut off in Theft when the conditions are met.
