المستخلص: يتلخص موضوع البحث في جانبين: أحدهما: موضوعات المختصرات العقدية وترتيبها، وثانيهما: مقاصد التصنيف في المختصرات العقدية ومناهجها، ومن أهدافه: بيان الموضوعات ومقاصد وأهداف تأليف المختصرات العقدية، وإبراز مناهج العلماء ومسالكهم في ذلك، وكل ذلك من خلال تقريرات شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية، ومنهجه: الاستقراء والتحليل والوصف، ومن نتائجه: أن أصول أبواب الاعتقاد التي لا يكاد يخلو منها مختصر عقدي خمسة، هي: الصفات، والقدر، والإيمان، والمعاد، والإمامة، والتفضيل. وأن أغلب أهل العلم يبدؤون المختصرات العقدية بباب التوحيد والصفات، ويختمونها بباب الإمامة والتفضيل. وبيان أن المختصرات العقدية تصنف لتقرير أمرين: الأول: اعتقاد أهل الإسلام الذي تميزوا به عن أهل الكفر. الثاني: اعتقاد أهل السنة الذي تميزوا به عن أهل البدع. وعلو كعب ابن تيمية وسعة علمه في معرفة مسالك المصنفين في الاعتقاد، ومناهجهم وطرائقهم، ومن توصياته: توصية المصنفين بتطبيق مناهج أهل السنة والجماعة في تدوين المختصرات العقدية، ومراعاة مقاصد التصنيف، واستيعابها للموضوعات، وترتيبها على ما جرت عليه المختصرات العقدية المشهورة.

The topic of the research is summarized in two aspects: One of them: the topics of the abridged treatises of creed (Aqeedah) and their arrangement. Second: the purposes of the authoring abridged treatises of creed and their methodology. Among its objectives: Clarifying the topics, purposes and objectives of the authorship in the abridged tratises of Aqeedah, and to highlight the approaches of the scholars and their methods the authorship all this through rules stated by Sheikhul-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah. It`s approach: Deduction, analysis and description. Among its results: the origins of the chapters of belief, which are barely not contained in every abridged book of Aqeedah are five: they are: Al-Sifaat (attributes), Al-Qadr (Predestination), Al-Iman (faith), Al-Ma`ad (Resurrection), Al-Imamah (leadership), and Al-Tafdeel (Preference). And that most of the scholars begin their abridged treatises of Aqeedah with the chapter on Tawheed (Monotheism) and Al-sifat (Attributes), while they conclude them with the chapter on Al-Imamah and preference, and a statement that the abridged treatises of Aqeedah are authored to clarify two things: The first: the creed of Muslims by which they are distinguished from the unbelievers. The second: the creed of the Ahlussunnah by which they are distinguished from the people of innovations. The priority of Ibn Taymiyyah and his wide knowledge in knowing the approaches of the authors in the knowledge of creed, and their approaches and methods. Among its recommendations: the researcher recommend that authors apply the methods of Ahlul-Sunnah Wal-Jama’ah in writing the abridged treatises of creed, and to take into account the purposes of authorship, and its inclusiveness of the topics of creed, and arranging them according to the methods famous the abridged tratises of creed.
