المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الدور الذي تقوم به المكتبة الوطنية السودانية نحول التحول الرقمي ومدى مشاركتها في بناء مجتمع المعرفة للمكتبات الجامعية السودانية كما تكمن أهميتها في تسليط الضوء على الدور الرائد للمكتبة الوطنية السودانية من خلال رؤيتها الثاقبة وللتخطيط وتبني مبادرات هادفة لتطبيق آليات التحول الرقمي كأحد ابتكارات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والتي تدعم تحول المكتبات الجامعية السودانية نحو مجتمع المعرفة، تتلخص مشكلة الدراسة في الآتي: ما المقصود بمجتمع المعرفة وما هي متطلباته؟ هل تم إدراج متطلبات مجتمع المعرفة ضمن استراتيجية المكتبة الوطنية السودانية؟ هل الوظائف والمهام، والخدمات والأنشطة التي تقدم فيها الآن تتواكب مع متطلبات التحول نحو مجتمع المعرفة، كيفية الوصول بالمكتبة الوطنية السودانية إلى مجتمع معرفة حقيقي، نقص الكفاءات المؤهلة لقيادة برامج التحول الرقمي والتغيير داخل المؤسسات، لذلك تمت صياغة مشكلة الدراسة في عدد من الأسئلة في متن الدراسة، لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بشقيه المسحي ودراسة الحالة واستخدمت فيه أداة الاستبانة كوسيلة لجمع البيانات تم تحليلها تحليلا بوسطة حرم التحليل الإحصائية SPSS. أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أنه تتوفر بالمكتبة الوطنية الإمكانات التكنولوجية اللازمة لنقل المعرفة كما تهتم بتوفير الوثائق والنشرات الداخلية لجميع العاملين حول كيفية نقل المعرفة نحو المستفيدين منها، الجدير بالذكر أن نتائج الدراسة أظهرت أن هناك بيئة عمل ملائمة تساعد العاملين على العمل بروح الفريق الواحد من أجل إحداث التحول نحو مجتمع المعرفة. تبنت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات أبرزها نشر ثقافة الوعي المعلوماتي لدى الجمهور المستفيدين والعاملين بمؤسسات الدولة وذلك بأهمية عملية التحول الرقمي وفوائده في المكتبات والتي تسهم بشكل مباشر في دعم تحول البلاد نحو مجتمع المعرفة من خلال التوعية في كافة وسائل الإعلام. وكذلك الاهتمام بنشر الوعي التقني في المؤسسات التعليمية، والأكاديمية مع أهمية تحديث مناهج التعليم بما يتناسب مع البيئة التكنولوجية والتي فرضتها التطورات الراهنة وذلك بتهيئة البيئة اللازمة للتحول الرقمي مع تأكيد الاهتمام بالعنصر البشري المؤهل والمدرب لتعزيز استخدام التطبيقات الحديثة وتكنولوجيا المعلومات في كافة التعاملات مما يساهم في دعم التحول الرقمي للبلاد.

The Study aimed to Reveal the Role played by the Sudanese National Library towards Digital Transformation and the extent of its participation in building the knowledge Society of Sudanese University libraries. As one of the Information Technology Innovations that Support the Transformation of Sudanese University libraries towards the knowledge Society, the Study problem is Summarized in the Following: What is meant by the knowledge society and what are its requirements? Are the requirements of the knowledge society included in the strategy of the Sudanese National Library? Are the jobs, tasks, services and activities that are being offered in it now compatible with the requirements of transformation towards a knowledge society, how to reach the Sudanese National Library to a real knowledge society, lack of qualified competencies to lead digital transformation programs and change within institutions, so the study problem was formulated in a number of questions in the body The study, to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used in its two parts, the survey and the case study, and the questionnaire tool was used as a means of collecting data, which was analyzed by SPSS statistical analysis packages. The most important findings of the study are that the National Library has the necessary technological capabilities to transfer knowledge, and it is also concerned with providing internal documents and pamphlets for all employees on how to transfer knowledge to its beneficiaries. In order to make the transition towards a knowledge society. The study adopted a number of recommendations, most notably spreading a culture of information awareness among the public of beneficiaries and workers in state institutions, with the importance of the digital transformation process and its benefits in libraries, which directly contribute to supporting the country’s transformation towards a knowledge society through awareness in all media. As well as interest in spreading technical awareness in educational and academic institutions, with the importance of updating educational curricula in line with the technological environment imposed by current developments, by creating the necessary environment for digital transformation, with an emphasis on paying attention to the qualified and trained human element to enhance the use of modern applications and information technology in all transactions, which contributes to support The country’s digital transformation.
