المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى: جمع الآراء الأصولية للإمام أبي علي الطبري الشافعي (ت/ 350 ه) المبثوثة في كتب الأصول. وقد استخدم المنهج الاستقرائي الوصفي في بحث هذه الآراء، وذلك بتتبع كتب الأصول في جمع آرائه الأصولية، ومن نسب إليه تلك الآراء، وإيراد أقوال العلماء في تلك المسائل، وفق المنهج المتبع في البحث. وقد انتظم البحث في مقدمة وتمهيد وأربعة مباحث: المقدمة: فيها الافتتاحية، وبيان أهمية الموضوع، وسبب اختياره، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث ومنهجه. التمهيد: في التعريف بالإمام أبي علي الطبري، ويشتمل على خمسة مطالب. والمباحث الأربعة في بيان آرائه الأصولية: المبحث الأول: آراء أبي علي الطبري في مباحث الأحكام والأدلة، وفيه ثلاثة مطالب: المبحث الثاني: آراء أبي علي الطبري في مباحث دلالات الألفاظ، وفيه أربعة مطالب: المبحث الثالث: آراء أبي علي الطبري في مباحث القياس وقوادحه، وفيه أربعة مطالب: المبحث الرابع: آراء أبي علي الطبري في مباحث الاجتهاد والتقليد، وفيه ثلاثة مطالب: وقد توصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج، أهمها: أن البحث مشتمل على أربعة عشر رأيا للإمام أبي علي الطبري، وافق الجمهور في خمسة منها، وأكثر الشافعية في رأيين، وبعض الشافعية في أربعة منها، وانفرد بثلاثة آراء مما يدل على استقلال شخصيته وعدم تعصبه للمذهب. كما أوصى بعدد من التوصيات، أهمها: دراسة الآراء المنسوبة إلى العلماء عموما، وإخراجها لطلاب العلم من خلال الرسائل العلمية والبحوث القصيرة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس. جمع ودراسة آراء الإمام أبي علي الطبري الفقهية فهي منثورة في بطون كتب الفقه.

The research aims to: Collect the principles of jurisprudence opinions of the scholar Imam Abu Ali Al-Tabari Al-Shafi’i (died 350 AH) transmitted in the books of principles of jurisprudence. The inductive and descriptive approach was used in researching these opinions, by using the method of tracing the books of principles of jurisprudence to compiling the opinions of the principles of jurisprudence, and those these opinions were attributed to and stating the opinions of the scholars on those issues, according to the approach followed in the research. The research was organized into an introduction, a preface, and four chapters: Introduction: It contains the opening statement, the importance of the topic, the reason for choosing it, previous studies, research plan and methodology. Preface: In introducing Imam Abu Ali Al-Tabari, and it includes four topics. The four chapters in explaining his principles of jurisprudence opinions: The first chapter: the opinions of Abu Ali al-Tabari on the issues of provisions and evidence, and it contains three topics: The second chapter: the views of Abu Ali al-Tabari on the issues of semantics of words, and it contains four topics: The third chapter: the opinions of Abu Ali Al-Tabari on the issues of analogy and its invalidator, and it contains four topics: The fourth chapter: Abu Ali al-Tabari’s opinions on the issues of Ijtihad and imitation, and it contains three topics. The research arrived at a number of results, the most important of which are: that the research included fourteen opinions of Imam Abu Al-Tabari, he agreed with the consensus of the scholars on five of them, and with the Shafi’is majority on two opinions, and some of the Shafi’is on four of them. He was unique with two opinions, which indicate the independence of his personality and his lack of fanaticism for the school of thought. He also recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: studying the opinions attributed to the scholars in general, and presenting them to students of knowledge through academic theses and research papers of academic staffs. Compillation and study of the jurisprudential opinions of Abu Ali al-Tabari, which are spread in the books of jurisprudence.
