المستخلص: التطبيق الأصولي هو: إعمال القاعدة الأصولية، وذلك بمراعاة مقتضاها في فهم النص واستنباط حكمه. هدف البحث إلى بيان أثر أصول الفقه في تفسير نص القاعدة الفقهية، وبين وجه استعمال القواعد الأصولية في استنباط المعاني من القواعد الفقهية. واتخذت من أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف المنهج التحليلي الاستنباطي، لتحليل نصوص القاعدة الفقهية واستنباط أحكامها. ودرست ست قواعد كبرى، وهي: الأمور بمقاصدها -واليقين لا يزول بالشك -والمشقة تجلب التيسير -ولا ضرر ولا ضرار -والضرر يزال -والعادة محكمة. وأوصى البحث بإكمال دراسة القواعد والضوابط الفقهية على الطريقة ذاتها، والله الموفق.

Fundamental Implementation: Is the realization of the fundamentalist principle, by taking into consideration what it meant for in understanding the text and deducing its ruling. The research aimed at clarifying the impact of the Fundamentals of Jurisprudence in interpreting the text of the jurisprudential principles, and it showed the ways of using fundamentalist principles in extracting meanings from the jurisprudential principles. In order to achieve this goal, I adopted the deductive analytical method, to analyze the texts of the jurisprudential principles, and extracting its rulings. Six principles were studied, and they are the major principles: The principle: "Matters are by their intentions". The principle: "Certainty cannot be removed by doubt". The principle: "Hardship brings easiness". The principle: "There should be neither harming nor reciprocating harm". The principle: "Harm must be removed". The principle: "Customs can be used in judgement". The research recommended completing the study of jurisprudence principles and rules in the same way. Allah is the one who grants Success.
