|a يعد المسكن من أهم الحاجات الإنسانية التي تحقق الاستقرار للفرد والأسرة لذلك نجد أن هناك العديد من الدراسات التي تناولت موضوع المسكن وتوفير السكن والحاجة السكنية لمساسها بحياة الإنسان اليومية وفي هذا السياق تناولت الدراسة خصائص الوحدة السكنية في مدينة الفاو والخروج بنتائج واضحة حول ماهية أنماط المساكن وظروفها من ناحية أنواعها وحيازة مسكن ونوع مادة البناء وفي الغالب في بناء الجدران الخارجية والسقوف ومساحة المسكن الكلية والمبنية وعدد الطوابق كذلك درجة التزاحم داخل المسكن وعدد الغرف والوسائل والخدمات المرافق الأساسية متوفرة لدى الأسرة داخل المسكن ومعرفة حصة الفرد من مساحة المسكن وهل تتطابق مع المعيار المحلي المحددة لها والتي تبين أنها تتباين ما بين الوحدات السكنية في مدينة الفاو.
|b Housing is one of the most important human needs that achieve stability for the individual and the family, so we find that there are many studies that dealt with the issue of housing, the provision of housing, and the housing need because it affects the daily life of the human being. In terms of its types, the possession of a dwelling, the type of building material, mostly in the construction of external walls and ceilings, the total and built area of the dwelling and the number of floors, as well as the degree of crowding inside the dwelling, the number of rooms, means and services, the basic facilities available to the family inside the dwelling, and knowing the individual’s share of the dwelling space and whether it matches the local standard specified for it, which It turned out that it varies between the housing units in the city of Faw.
