المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى التزام قطب المحروقات لولاية سكيكدة بتطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية بأبعادها المختلفة (الاقتصادي، القانوني، الأخلاقي والطوعي) وأثر ذلك على تنافسيته. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تصميم استبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات شمل أسئلة تغطي محاور الدراسة تم توزيعها على فئات عينة الدراسة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن قطب المحروقات لولاية سكيكدة يلتزم بتطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية، كما توصلت إلى وجود أثر إيجابي ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية 0.05 لتطبيق أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية على تنافسية قطب لولاية سكيكدة.

This study aims to identify the extent of the commitment of the fuel pole of Skikda to apply social responsibility and the impact on its competitiveness. To achieve this purpose the questionnaire was designed as a tool for collecting information’s that included questions covering the study axes, which were distributed to the sample categories. The study found that the fuel pole of Skikda State committed to applying the dimensions of social responsibility and found a significant positive effect at 0.05 level to apply the social responsibility dimensions to the competitiveness of the fuel pole of Skikda State

Cette étude vise à identifier l'ampleur de l'engagement du pôle d'hydrocarbures à la Wilaya de Skikda à appliquer la responsabilité sociale et l'impact sur sa compétitivité. Pour atteindre cet objectif le questionnaire a été conçu comme un outil pour recueillir des informations comportait des questions portant sur les axes d'étude. L'étude a conclu que le pôle d'hydrocarbures à l'état Skikda s'engage à appliquer la responsabilité sociale a également un effet positif statistiquement significatif au niveau de 0,05 pour l'application des dimensions de la responsabilité sociale sur la compétitivité du pôle d'hydrocarbures à l'état.
