المستخلص: تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز دور الصناعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الغذائية الجزائرية في تعزيز النمو الاقتصادي والأمن الغذائي وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى الإطار النظري للصناعات الغذائية والأمن الغذائي في مرحلة أولى، ثم تسليط الضوء على واقع هذه الصناعات في الجزائر والوقوف على مدى إسهامها في خلق القيمة المضافة، وكذا مساهمتها في إجمالي الصادرات، وهذا من أجل محاولة اقتراح توصيات للرفع من مساهمتها في معدلات النمو وتحقيق الأمن الغذائي.

This research paper seeks to highlight the role of Algerian small and medium-sized food industries in promoting economic growth and food security by addressing the theoretical framework of food industries and security at first stage, then highlighting the reality of these industries in Algeria to assess their contribution to the creation of value added, as well as their contribution to total exports, in order to try to propose recommendations to increase their contribution to growth rates and achieve food security.

Ce document de recherche cherche à souligner le rôle des petites et moyennes industries alimentaires algériennes dans la promotion de la croissance économique et de la sécurité alimentaire en abordant le cadre théorique des industries alimentaires et de la sécurité alimentaire au premier stade, puis mettre en lumière la réalité de ces industries en Algérie afin d’évaluer leur contribution à la création de valeur ajoutée, ainsi que leur contribution aux exportations totales, essayer de proposer des recommandations pour accroître leur contribution à la croissance et à la sécurité alimentaire.
