المستخلص: تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع "النص القرآني وتعدد الفعل القرائي" بالتركيز على الفعل القرائي كآلية حداثية وعلاقته بالقارئ، وبخاصة قارئ النص القرآني، موضحين خصوصية النص الشرعي باعتباره نصا مقدسا يخضع لجملة من القواعد والضوابط والشروط التي وضعها علماء الأصول على القارئ والمفسر والمستنبط أن يتسلح بها لفك شفراته. والنص القرآني نص منفتح الدلالة، مما أبرز الاختلاف والتنوع في القراءة. ونظرا لارتباطه بالحياة والحياة متغيرة كشفنا أثر الواقع في فهم النص القرآني مستدلين بأمثلة على تغير الأحكام وفقا للظروف والأحوال عبر الزمان والمكان.

This study deals with the subject of "Quranic text and the multiplicity of reading function" by focusing on the reader's action as a modernity mechanism and its relation to the reader, especially the reader of the Qur'anic text, explaining the specificity of the legal text as a sacred text. Because of its association with life and life, we have seen the impact of reality on the understanding of the Qur'anic text, citing examples of changing judgments according to the circumstances and conditions through time and place.

Cette étude traite du sujet "Texte coranique et la multiplicité des fonctions de lecture" en se concentrant sur l'acte de lecture en tant que mécanisme de la modernité et ses relations avec le lecteur, en particulier le lecteur du texte coranique, en expliquant la spécificité du texte juridique en tant que texte sacré. Soumis à un ensemble de règles, de contrôles et de conditions définis par les spécialistes des actifs du lecteur, de l'interprète et de l'intrus afin de déchiffrer le Coran, le texte coranique est une signification textuelle ouverte, qui a mis en évidence la différence et la diversité dans la lecture. Selon les circonstances et les conditions à travers le temps et l'espace.
