المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية الكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين الجرح الأخلاقي وأعراض الاكتئاب لدى طلاب الامتياز بكليتي الطب والتمريض، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (١٨٨) طالبًا وطالبة، بواقع (٩٤) طالبًا وطالبة بكلية الطب، بمتوسط عمري (٢٤) وانحراف معياري قدر (٨٥٥٠.)، (٩٤) طالبا وطالبة بكلية التمريض بمتوسط عمري (٢٢.٣٩) وانحراف معياري قدره (٨٨٢٥.)، واستخدمت الباحثة مقياس الجرح الأخلاقي إعداد الباحثة، ومقياس أعراض الاكتئاب لبيك، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وأوضحت النتائج: وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين الدرجة الكلية لمقياس الجرح الأخلاقي والدرجة الكلية لمقياس أعراض الاكتئاب عند مستوى (٠١.)، يعاني طلاب كليتي الطب والتمريض من الجرح الأخلاقي بنسب ومستويات متفاوتة، يعاني طلاب كلية التمريض من أعراض الاكتئاب بنسب ومستويات متفاوتة، وفي المقابل عدم وجود فروق في نسب ومستوى أعراض الاكتئاب لدى طلاب امتياز كلية الطب، عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا تبعًا للنوع بين ذكور طلاب كلية الطب وطلاب كلية التمريض على مقياس الجرح الأخلاقي، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على مقياس الجرح الأخلاقي بين إناث كليتي الطب والتمريض في اتجاه إناث كلية الطب، وجود تفاعل بين النوع والكلية على مقياس الجرح الأخلاقي، وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا على مقياس أعراض الاكتئاب عند مستوى أقل من (٠.٠١) تبعا للكلية في اتجاه طلاب كلية الطب، وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تبعا للنوع على مقياس أعراض الاكتئاب في اتجاه الإناث، عدم وجود تفاعل بين الكلية والنوع على مقياس أعراض الاكتئاب، يمكن التنبؤ بأعراض الاكتئاب بدلالة الجرح الأخلاقي، وتوصي الباحثة بضرورة العمل الجاد على الحد من أعراض الاكتئاب والجرح الأخلاقي من خلال وقاية الأفراد المعرضين للخطر أكثر من غيرهم من الناس العاديين.

The current study aimed to reveal the relationship between moral injury and depressive symptoms among students of internship in the faculties of Medicine and nursing. The study sample consisted of (188) male and female students, (94) male and female students of internship in the Faculty of medicine, with an average age of (24) and a standard deviation of (8550), (94) male and female students of the Faculty of Nursing with an average age of (22.39) and a standard deviation of (8825.). The researcher used the moral injury scale set up by the researcher, the depression symptom scale for Beck. The researcher used the descriptive approach. The results showed: The presence of a statistically significant positive correlation relationship between the total score of the moral injury scale and the total score of the depressive symptom scale at the Level (0.01). Students of internship in the Faculty of Medicine and nursing suffer from moral injury in varying proportions and levels. Students of internship in the Faculty of nursing suffer from depressive symptoms in varying proportions and levels. In contrast, there are no differences in the proportions and level of depressive symptoms among internship students of internship in the Faculty of Medicine. There are no statistically significant differences depending on gender between male students of internship in the Faculty of Medicine and students of the Faculty of Nursing on the scale of moral wound. There are significant differences on the scale of moral injury between females of the Faculty of Medicine and nursing in the direction of females of the Faculty of Medicine. There is an interaction between gender and faculty The moral wound scale, the presence of statistically significant differences on the scale of depressive symptoms at a level less than (0.01) depending on the College in the direction of medical college students. The presence of statistically significant differences depending on the type on the scale of depressive symptoms in the female direction. The lack of interaction between the college and the type on the scale of depressive symptoms, depressive symptoms can be predicted by the moral injury. The researcher recommends the need to work hard to reduce the symptoms of depression and moral injury through the Prevention of individuals at risk more than other ordinary people.
