المستخلص: البحث يتناول ما قامت به المملكة العربية السعودية من إجراءات كبيرة في احتواء جائحة "كرونا" من تقديم مصلحة الإنسان وصحته، وفق ضوابط الشرع الحنيف الذي تصدر منه، فأراد الباحث تجلية مأخذها المقاصدي من خلال أبرز الإجراءات وأشهرها؛ مشاركة في التأصيل العلمي، والتنزيل الواقعي. وتتجلى أهمية الموضوع في أن التدابير الاحترازية بمعناها العام من الموضوعات التي كثرت فيها النصوص الشرعية، والأصول المرعية، مما يستدعي أن يسلط عليها الضوء في أبحاث علمية. فالحاجة ماسة إلى إبراز التطبيقات المقاصدية على النوازل؛ تحسبا لتكررها في صور مختلفة، مما يحقق زيادة الوعي بأهمية المبادرات الاستباقية. وفيه لفت انتباه العالم إلى هذا التراث المعرفي الثري الذي يمتلكه المسلمون، وبيان ما سبق إليه الإسلام من أحكام رشيدة، واحترازات سديدة، وتأصيلات دقيقة. وقد قسم البحث إلى مقدمة، ثم تمهيد، وفيه: التعريف بمصطلحات البحث، ثم فصلين: الأول: حول الحجر الصحي، وتعليق الأنشطة والسفر، والثاني: حول تعليق الشعائر، كالجماعات والعمرة. وخلص البحث إلى شمول الشريعة ودلالة النصوص على جميع الحوادث إما تأصيلا أو تفصيلا، وريادة المملكة العربية السعودية في هذه النوازل؛ لاحتضانها مهبط الوحي، ورعايتها للمؤسسات العلمية العالمية. وأوصي الباحث بضرورة التأكيد على الموازنة بين النظر الإيماني العاطفي، والنظر الفقهي الواقعي، وتفعيل فقه التوقع على وزان مراكز التفكير العالمية؛ استباقا لأي نوازل مستقبلة، وإعداد معجم تاريخي للأحداث المثيلة، وتوثيق مواقف العلماء منها، وما صدر فيها من تآليف وفتاوى.

The research deals with the great measures taken by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in containing the "Corona" pandemic by providing the human interest and health, according to the rules of the true Sharia from which it is issued. Participation in scientific rooting, and realistic download. lt shows whether the precautionary measures taken by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are consistent with the Maqasid view of Sharia. There is an urgent need to highlight the Maqasid applications on calamities. In anticipation of its recurrence in different forms, which raises awareness of the importance of proactive initiatives. In it, he draws the world's attention to this rich knowledge heritage that Muslims possess, and demonstrates what Islam preceded in terms of rational rulings, sound precautions, and accurate foundations. The research was divided into an introduction, then a preamble, and in it: the definition of research terms, then two chapters: the first: about quarantine, and the suspension of activities and travel, and the second: about the suspension of rituals, such as groups and Umrah. The research concluded with the comprehensiveness of Sharia and the significance of the texts on all incidents, either in origin or in detail, and the leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in these calamities. The researcher recommended the necessity of emphasizing the balance between the emotional faith view, and the realistic jurisprudential view, and activating the jurisprudence of expectation on the weight of global thinking centers.
