استهدف هذا البحث التعرف على فاعلية برنامج الكتروني قائم على استراتيجية الصف المقلوب في تنمية مهارات أحكام التفخيم والترقيق وأثره في إتقان تلاوة القرءان الكريم لغير الناطقين بالعربية وفي سبيل هذا الهدف استخدم هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي والمنهج شبه التجريبي وأعدت له الأدوات التالية والتي تمثلت في: ١- قائمة بمهارات أحكام التفخيم والترقيق، وقائمة بمهارات إتقان تلاوة القرءان الكريم لجعلها معيار يتم بناء البرنامج في ضوئه. ٢- اختبار للطالبات لقياس مدى إلمام المستوى المتوسط غير الناطقين بالعربية بمهارات أحكام التفخيم والترقيق وقياس فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح؛ حيث يطبق الاختبار قبليا وبعديا. ٣- بطاقة ملاحظة لقياس مدى تمكن طالبات المستوى المتوسط غير الناطقين بالعربية من مهارات أحكام التفخيم والترقيق وقياس فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح؛ حيث تطبق البطاقة قبليا وبعديا. ٤- البرنامج القائم على استراتيجية الصف المقلوب لتنمية مهارات أحكام التفخيم والترقيق لدى طالبات المستوى المتوسط من غير الناطقين بالعربية. وبعد تطبيق البرنامج يمكن إيجاز أهم النتائج فيما يلي: ١-توصل هذا البحث إلى ضعف طالبات المستوى المتوسط غير الناطقين بالعربية في مهارات أحكام التفخيم والترقيق. ٢-توصل هذا البحث إلى فاعلية البرنامج القائم على استراتيجية الصف المقلوب في تنمية مهارات أحكام التفخيم والترقيق وأثره في إتقان تلاوة القرءان الكريم لدى طالبات المستوى غير الناطقين بالعربية.
This research aimed to identify the effectiveness of an electronic program based on the flipped classroom strategy in developing the skills of exaggeration and thinning rules and its impact on mastering the recitation of the Noble Qur’an for non-Arabic speakers. For this purpose, this research used the descriptive approach and the semi-experimental approach. 1- Preparing a list of the skills of the rules of magnification and thinning, and a list of the skills of mastering the recitation of the Holy Qur’an to make it a criterion in the light of which the program is built. 2- A test for female students to measure the extent of knowledge of the non-Arabic-speaking intermediate level in the skills of exaggeration and thinning, and to measure the effectiveness of the proposed training program; Where the test is applied before and after. 3- An observation card to measure the extent to which non-Arabic-speaking intermediate-level students are able to master the skills of exaggeration and thinning, and to measure the effectiveness of the proposed training programme. Where the card applies before and after. 4- A program based on the flipped classroom strategy to develop the skills of exaggeration and thinning rules among intermediate-level students who are not Arabic speakers. After applying the program, the most important results can be summarized as follows: 1- This research found the weakness of non-Arabic-speaking middle-level students in the skills of exaggeration and thinning rules. 2- This research reached the effectiveness of the program based on the flipped classroom strategy in developing the skills of exaggeration and thinning rules and its impact on mastering the recitation of the Noble Qur’an among non-Arabic speaking level female students.
