|b This work shows the fact that the investment climate and business in Algeria does not have an attractive legal framework capable of attracting foreign investors and perpetuate their facilities, which led the government to enact in July 2022 a new law on investment No. 22-18, in order to give a new impetus to foreign investments and this by the establishment of a single structure in this case the Algerian agency of promotion of the investment which has the role of a real promoter and accompanier of the investors who offers from now on a digitalized service via the digital platform of the investor in order to allow the investor to inform himself on the procedures related to the investment and to establish transparency in the management of the land intended for the investment.
|d Le présent travail met en évidence le fait que le climat des investissements et des affaires en Algérie ne dispose pas d’un cadre juridique capable d’attirer les investisseurs étrangers et pérenniser leur installations, ce qui amène les pouvoirs publics à promulguer en juillet 2022 une nouvelle loi relative à l’investissement n °22-18, en vue de donner une nouvelle impulsion aux investissements étrangers et ce par la mise en place d’une seule structure en l’occurrence l’agence algérienne de promotion de l’investissement qui a le rôle d’un véritable promoteur et accompagnateur des investisseurs qui offre désormais un service digitalisé via la plateforme numérique de l’investisseur afin de lui permettre de s’informer sur les procédures liées à l’investissement et d’instaurer la transparence dans la gestion du foncier destiné à l’investissement.
