المستخلص: عرضنا في هذا البحث التعريف بتقنيات الواقع الافتراضي والواقع المعزز والعالم المختلط فيما بينهما. كما تناول البحث القواعد القانونية والتنظيمية لاستخدام الواقع الافتراضي والواقع المعزز والعالم المختلط بينهما في القانون المصري، وذلك من خلال عرض الوصف القانوني للشخصية الافتراضية في العالم الافتراضي، والنصوص القانونية المتعلقة باستخدام الواقع الافتراضي والواقع المعزز والعالم المختلط بينهما في القانون المصري. والجرائم الناشئة الحدوث باستخدام تلك التقنيات، والمتمثلة في جريمة الاعتداء على حرمة وسلامة الجسد، لما لهذه التقنيات من آثار جانبية من سرعة واضطراب خفقان القلب والأزمات القلبية وضعف السمع والبصر واضطراب الحالة العصبية والمخ للتلاعب بوعي ونفسية المستخدم. وجريمة الاعتداء على أي من المبادئ أو القيم الأسرية في المجتمع المصري، في حالة عرض البرنامج لمحتوى لا يتناسب مع قيم وأخلاق الأسرة المصرية ومجتمعنا العربي. وخصوصًا الجرائم المرتكبة ضد الأطفال على الإنترنت وبرامج التقنيات الحديثة، وما لها من أضرار، وكيفية التصدي لها. والصعوبات التي تواجه التصدي لتقنين استخدام تلك التقنيات التكنولوجية الحديثة، وذلك من حيث تطبيق مبدأ شرعية الجرائم والعقوبات لعدم وجود تشريع خاص بها، ومبدأ سريان القانون من حيث المكان وتنازع الاختصاص لصعوبة تقفي مرتكبيها ومحاسبتهم لاستخدامهم التقنيات من خلال شبكة الإنترنت في دول العالم. وخلصنا في نهاية البحث لضرورة توعية وتوجيه اكتساب المهارات اللازمة للوقاية من الانتهاك والإساءة عبر الإنترنت وتعلم كيفية الإبلاغ عنها. ومراعاة وضع تقنين خاص بالحد من الإفراط في استخدام تقنيات الواقع الافتراضي والمعزز والمختلط بما لا يتعارض مع مصلحة المستخدم في البرامج التعليمية أو التربوية. وضرورة وجود جهة رقابية لعرض المحتوى بطلب موافقة ولي الأمر على المشاهدة أو استخدام البرنامج بما لا يتعارض مع مبادئ وقيم المجتمع المصري. وأخيرًا بإلزام مقدمي خدمات تقنيات الواقع الافتراضي والمعزز بإقرار المستخدم عن حالته الصحية وشرح الآثار الجانبية لاستخدام هذه التقنيات.

In this research, we introduced the definition of virtual reality, augmented reality, and the mixed world between them. The research also dealt with the legal and regulatory rules for the use of virtual reality, augmented reality, and the mixed world between them in Egyptian law, by presenting the legal description of the virtual personality in the virtual world, and the legal texts related to the use of virtual reality, augmented reality, and the mixed world between them in Egyptian law. And the emerging crimes that occur using these technologies, represented in the crime of assaulting the sanctity and integrity of the body, because of these technologies’ side effects such as rapid and disturbed heart palpitations, heart attacks, hearing and vision impairments, and neurological and brain disorders to manipulate the awareness and psyche of the user. And the crime of attacking any of the family principles or values in Egyptian society, in the event that the program displays content that is not commensurate with the values and morals of the Egyptian family and our Arab society. Especially crimes committed against children on the Internet and modern technology programs, and their damages, and how to address them. And the difficulties facing the legalization of the use of these modern technological technologies, in terms of applying the principle of legality of crimes and penalties due to the lack of special legislation, and the principle of the applicability of the law in terms of place and conflict of jurisdiction due to the difficulty of tracking the perpetrators and holding them accountable for their use of technologies through the Internet in the countries of the world. At the end of the research, we concluded that there is a need to raise awareness and guide the acquisition of the necessary skills to prevent online abuse and abuse, and to learn how to report it. And taking into account the development of a special rationing to limit the excessive use of virtual, augmented and mixed reality technologies in a manner that does not conflict with the interest of the user in educational or educational programs. And the need for a supervisory authority to display the content by requesting the guardian’s approval to watch or use the program in a way that does not contradict the principles and values of Egyptian society. Finally, oblige providers of virtual and augmented reality technologies to acknowledge the user's health condition and explain the side effects of using these technologies.
