|a هدفت من الكتابة في هذا البحث أن أذكر الأسانيد التي قرر الإمام أبو الوليد الباجي اتفاق أهل الحديث على تركها، وعدم الاحتجاج بها، وعدم روايتها إلا لبيان ضعفها، وقد قسمت البحث إلى مقدمة وفصلين وخاتمة، في الفصل الأول ترجمت ترجمة موجزة للإمام أبي الوليد الباجي، ثم في الفصل الثاني عرضت ما ذكره الإمام الباجي من المتروك من الأسانيد والرواة وقمت بالتعليق على ما ذكره بالتحليل للنصوص والتثبت من المنقول ومناقشة بعض ما يتعلق بالرواية والرواة. ثم ختمت البحث بنتائج، وتوصيات ثم ذكرت قائمة المراجع والمصادر ثم فهرسا للموضوعات. المنهج: اتبعت المنهج التحليلي والنقدي. النتائج: منها: تمكن الإمام أبي الوليد الباجي من علوم الحديث وخصوصا علم العلل ومعرفة الرواة، وأن من الأسانيد المتروكة بسبب علة خفية: أن يروي الراوي عن رجل ضعيف يشترك في اسمه مع رجل ثقة ولا يبين أنه يقصد الضعيف، فيوهم بذلك صحة الإسناد. وأن هناك نوعا من التدليس لا أعلم أحدا نص عليه، وهو: (أن يكون للمدلس شيخان، كنيتهما واحدة أحدهما ثقة والآخر ضعيف فيروي المدلس عن الضعيف بكنيته ولا يسميه موهما أنه الثقة) التوصيات: أوصيت بفتح مشاريع بحثية لطلاب الماجستير والدكتوراه باستخراج وتتبع المسائل الحديثية من كتب السؤالات والعلل والتراجم والمتون والشروح وغيرها.
|b The aim of writing in this research is to mention the chains of narrators that Imam Abu Al-Walid Al-Baji decided the agreement of the people of Hadith to leave it, not to invoke it, and not to narrate it except to indicate its weakness. The research was divided into an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion. Then, in the second chapter, I presented what Imam al-Baji mentioned about the abandoned chains of transmission and the narrators, and I commented on what he mentioned by analyzing the texts, verifying the narrators, and discussing some of what is related to the narration and the narrators. Then I concluded the research with results and recommendations, then mentioned a list of references and sources, then an index of topics. Method: I followed the analytical and critical approach. Results: Among them: Imam Abi Al Walid Al-Baji was able to master the sciences of hadith, especially the science of ills and the knowledge of the narrators, and that among the abandoned chains of narrators due to a hidden reason: that the narrator narrates on the authority of a weak man who shares his name with a trustworthy man and does not indicate that he means the weak, thus delusional to the validity of the chain of transmission. And that there is a kind of fraud that I do not know of anyone who stipulated it, and it is: (for the fraudster to have two sheikhs, their nickname is the same, one of them is trustworthy and the other is weak, so the fraudster narrates on behalf of the weak person with his nickname and does not call him delusional that he is trustworthy). Recommendations: I recommended opening research projects for master's and doctoral students to extract and track modern issues from the books of questions, ills, translations, texts, explanations, and others.
