المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان ما إذا كانت الحرية التي أعطاها الإسلام للمرأة أفضل وأليق وأوفق عقلا من تلك التي أقرتها الثقافة الغربية لها أم لا. وفي سبيل بيان ذلك يعرج البحث على حرية المرأة في الإسلام وضمانات تحقيقها في الواقع، وحدود حرية المرأة مع الرجل سواء كان من محارمها أو كان زوجا لها أو كان أجنبيا عنها، ثم يعرج كذلك على حرية المرأة في الثقافة الغربية وتصوراتهم لمضمون هذه الحرية، وموقف العقل من كل هذه التصورات... وقد استخدمت في هذا البحث منهجا تكامليا يشتمل على عدد من المناهج البحثية من أهمها: المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي والمقارن فأقوم بوصف حرية المرأة كما هي في الإسلام مع التفصيل والتحليل ثم المقارنة بما تمخضت عنه الثقافة الغربية في هذا الصدد، مبينا موقف العقل من ذلك كله، مستخدما الأسلوب السهل الميسر والبعد عن التعقيد والإغراب في كل ذلك. وخرجت من هذا البحث بمجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: أن المرأة في الإسلام تتمتع بحرية فعلية أفضل وأقوم من تلك التي تعيشها المرأة الغربية، والعقل المنصف والفطرة السديدة يقران بهذا. وأن المرأة في الغرب قد خدعت بالفعل وزين لها ما فيه شقاؤها وتعاستها، ولا خلاص لها إلا بثورة أخرى على وضعها الحالي تصحح مسارها وتعيد كرامتها وحياءها وأنوثتها وأسرتها ومن ثم سعادتها وحريتها الحقيقية. وأوصيت بضرورة العمل الدائم على نشر محاسن ديننا الإسلامي في مقابلة غيره من التنظيمات الغربية السائرة، وأن نعيد تحرير مضمون المفاهيم المعاصرة وخاصة مفهوم حرية المرأة حتى يتضح صحيح معناه ولا يفهم على غير وجهه، وأن نبين بكل الوسائل الممكنة أي الفريقين أوصل وألصق بالحرية الصحيحة وأيهما يرسخ في العبودية وهو لا يدري.

This research aims to show whether the freedom granted by Islam to women is better, more appropriate and more rational than that approved by Western culture or not. In order to illustrate this, the research deals with women's freedom in Islam and the guarantees of their achievement in reality, and the limits of women's freedom with men, whether they are mahrams, husbands or foreigners, and then also on women's freedom in Western culture and their perceptions of the content of this freedom, and the position of reason towards all these perceptions... In this research, I used an integrative approach that includes a number of research approaches, the most important of which are: the descriptive, analytical and comparative approach, so I describe the freedom of women as they are in Islam with detail, analysis and then comparison with what came out of Western culture in this regard, indicating the position of the mind from all that, using the easy and easy method and away from complexity and strangeness in each That. I came out of this research with a set of results, the most important of which are: that women in Islam enjoy better and more effective freedom than those experienced by Western women, and fair reason and common sense acknowledge this. Women in the West have already been deceived and adorned with their misery and unhappiness, and there is no salvation for them except through another revolution against their current situation that corrects their course and restores their dignity, modesty, femininity and family, and thus their true happiness and freedom. I recommended the need to constantly work to spread the virtues of our Islamic religion in the face of other Western organizations, and to re-edit the content of contemporary concepts, especially the concept of women's freedom, so that its true meaning becomes clear and is not understood, and to show by all possible means which of the two groups has reached and attached to the correct freedom and which of them is entrenched in slavery and does not know.
