المستخلص: التلوث السمعي والبصري من الظواهر التي تنامت مظاهرها في المجتمعات المعاصرة وكانت لها أسبابها، كما كانت لها آثارها على الإنسان حسا ونفسا وجسدا، والمتتبع لنصوص الإسلام يتضح له أن الإسلام وضع منهجا سديدا لعلاج مثل تلك الظواهر من خلال تعاليمه وآدابه السامية، ومن خلال صفحات هذا البحث قمت بوصف تلك الظاهرة مبينا أسبابها وآثارها، ثم عرجت على مبادئ الإسلام وأسسه، وما أشارت إليه تعاليمه من خطوات عملية لعلاج تلك المظاهر. ويهدف البحث إلى: بيان خطورة مثل هذا النوع من التلوث، وأن دراسته لا تقل أهمية عن غيره من أنواع التلوث البيئي التي باتت تشغل المتخصصين، وإلى تقديم تصور صحيح حول إمكانية علاجه في ضوء تعاليم الإسلام، وتقديم مادة علمية للدعاة والمعنين بالتوجيه والتثقيف في المجتمع. ومن أهم توصيات البحث: ضرورة قيام الدعاة والمعنين من الإعلاميين ورجال الثقافة والفكر بدورهم في توعية الناس بخطورة مثل هذا النوع من التلوث والعمل على تنقية المجتمع والبيئة منه، دعوة المؤسسات التربوية إلى تدريس مادة تهتم بالسلوكيات الحضارية والقيمية في المجتمع، ضرورة اهتمام الآباء والمربين بتربية أبنائهم على حب أوطانهم والمحافظة على عناصرها وصورها نقية جميلة، مع الالتزام بآداب الإسلام الحضارية.

Audio and visual pollution is one of the phenomena that have grown manifestations in contemporary societies and had their causes, as they had their effects on the human sense, soul and body, and the follower of the texts of Islam is clear to him that Islam has developed a sound approach to treat such phenomena through its teachings and etiquette, and through the pages of this research I described that phenomenon, indicating its causes and effects, and then I returned to the principles of Islam and its foundations, and the practical steps indicated by its teachings to treat those manifestations. The research aims to: show the seriousness of this type of pollution, and that its study is no less important than other types of environmental pollution that have become the concern of specialists, and to provide a correct perception about the possibility of treatment in the light of the teachings of Islam, and to provide scientific material for preachers and those concerned with guidance and education in society. Among the most important recommendations of the research: the need for preachers and concerned media professionals and men of culture and thought to play their role in educating people about the danger of this type of pollution and work to purify society and the environment from it, calling on educational institutions to teach a subject concerned with civilized and value behaviors in society, the need for parents and educators to raise their children to love their homelands and preserve their elements and images pure and beautiful, while adhering to the civilized ethics of Islam.
