المستخلص: يتطرق البحث إلى أهمية موقع الأمارات العربية المتحدة وعلاقاتها مع تركيا وأهم أسباب القطيعة التي دامت حوالي ثمانية سنوات وعوامل عودة العلاقات بين البلدين، معرجا على أهم مرتكزات السياسة الخارجية التركية في علاقاتها ورغبتها بلعب دور إقليمي فاعل بالمنطقة خاصة بعد وصول حزب العدالة والتنمية للسلطة وطبيعة هذا التبدل في توجهها للمشرق العربي بعد سنوات طويلة من سياسة البعد الواحد ومحاولاتها الانضمام للاتحاد الأوروبي، المنطقة وأشار البحث إلى الحديث عن التنافس التركي -الإيراني بالمنطقة من خلال المرور السريع على معظم ملفات التنافس وطبيعة العلاقات الإماراتية الإيرانية وتأثير ذلك على الوضع الإقليمي وأثره على العلاقات التركية الإماراتية، مرورا على أثر ثورات الربيع العربي على العلاقات التركية الإماراتية بشيء من التفصيل بإظهار أسباب التناقض بالمواقف بما فيه إعادة العلاقات مع نظام دمشق وفتح السفارة الإماراتية فيها والتطبيع مع إسرائيل والغاية من ذلك، وقد عمل البحث على تبيان دور العامل الاقتصادي بالتحول بالعلاقات بين البلدين والسعي التركي للاستفادة من ذلك العامل والحاجة الإماراتية لشريك اقتصادي بالمنطقة كتركيا التي تعتبر بيئة خصبة للاستثمارات الإماراتية، معرجا على أهمية العامل الأمني والعسكري في تعزيز علاقات البلدين وعن طبيعة الفائدة المرجوة من الجانب الإماراتي من علاقاتها مع تركيا والوقوف على الرغبة والمصلحة المشتركة للبلدين لتصفير خلافاتهم البينية ومع دول المنطقة للوصول لدور فاعل وتحقيق حماية أمنهم القومي، من خلال استغلال العامل والواقع الإقليمي.

The research deals with the importance of the location of the United Arab Emirates and its relations with Turkey and the most important reasons for the estrangement that lasted for about eight years and the factors for the return of relations between the two countries, referring to the most important pillars of Turkish foreign policy in its relations and its desire to play an active regional role in the region, especially after the arrival of the Justice and Development Party to power and the nature of this The change in its orientation to the Arab East after many years of one-dimensional policy and its attempts to join the European Union, the region. Passing through the impact of the Arab Spring revolutions on the Turkish-Emirati relations in some detail by showing the reasons for the contradiction in positions, including the restoration of relations with the Damascus regime, the opening of the Emirati embassy in it, and normalization with Israel, and the purpose of that. Turki to take advantage of that factor and the Emirati need for an economic partner in the region Like Turkey, which is considered a fertile environment for Emirati investments, I am referring to the importance of the security and military factor in strengthening the relations of the two countries and the nature of the desired benefit from the Emirati side of its relations with Turkey and standing on the desire and common interest of the two countries to clear their inter-disputes and with the countries of the region to reach an active role and achieve the protection of their national security, from During the exploitation of the worker and the territory reality.
