المستخلص: يعتبر الوقف الجماعي آلية من آليات التي يمكن بواسطته المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف التنمية في جميع المجالات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، من خلال تجميع الأموال النقدية أو غيرها من كافة الشرائح المجتمع، ثم استثمارها وتوزيع ريعها على أغراض شتى تعود بالنفع على أفراد المجتمع. لذلك جاء عنوان هذا البحث الموسوم ب: "الوقف الجماعي ودوره في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية". محاولا توضيح دور الوقف الجماعي في تحقيق التنمية، منطلقا من إشكالية مفادها إلى أي حد يمكن أن يضطلع الوقف الجماعي في تمويل مختلف مجالات التنمية؟ وذلك من اجل الوقوف على أهمية الوقف الجماعي كمظهر من مظاهر الدالة على الارتباط الوثيق للحضارة الإسلامية بالاجتهاد، مع إبراز مكامن القوة للنظام الوقف الإسلامي، ثم كشف عن أوجه مميزاته في الوقت الحاضر، ومدى إمكانية لمواجهة التحديات العصر، ناهيك عن مدى مساهمته في تحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية. وقد اعتمدت في هذا البحث المنهج التحليلي والاستنباطي والمقارن، حيث قسم إلى مبحثين: تضمن الأول ماهية الوقف الجماعي ومدى مشروعيته، وتضمن الثاني بيان الدور التنموي لوقف الجماعي في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وذلك من الوصول إلى بيان أن أحكام الوقف قابلة للاجتهاد وتطوير بما يواكب التحديات العصر، بالإضافة إلى تأكيد أن الوقف الجماعي ما هو إلا شكل من أشكال الوقف المستحدثة من اجل مساهمة في تنمية المجتمع وتقوي نسيج الاجتماعي قصد رفع الوعي الجماعي بأهمية الوقف لسد الحاجات الأساسية للمجتمع وتمويل مشاريع تنموية التي تعود على الأفراد بالنفع.

The collective endowment is one of the mechanisms through which it can contribute to achieving development goals in all social and economic fields, by collecting cash or other funds from all segments of society, then investing them and distributing their proceeds to various purposes that benefit the members of society. Therefore, the title of this research, tagged with: “Collective endowment and its role in achieving economic and social development.” Trying to clarify the role of collective endowment in achieving development, starting from the problem of to what extent can collective endowment be involved in financing various areas of development? This is in order to stand on the importance of the collective endowment as a manifestation of the close connection of Islamic civilization with ijtihad, while highlighting the strengths of the Islamic endowment system, and then revealing the aspects of its advantages at the present time, and the extent of its possibility to face the challenges of the age, not to mention the extent of its contribution to achieving development. Social and Economic. In this research, I adopted the analytical, deductive and comparative approach, as it was divided into two sections: the first included the nature of the collective endowment and the extent of its legitimacy, and the second included a statement of the developmental role of the collective endowment in achieving sustainable development, and that is from reaching a statement that the provisions of the endowment are subject to ijtihad And development in line with the challenges of the times, in addition to confirming that the collective endowment is only a form of endowment developed in order to contribute to the development of society and strengthen the social fabric in order to raise collective awareness of the importance of endowment to meet the basic needs of society and to finance development projects that benefit individuals.
