المستخلص: أن المراد بالظهور القرآني هو المعنى الذي يبرز ويظهر من ألفاظ القرآن أو هو اللفظ الذي له ظهور قابل للتأويل بسبب القرائن وأن المراد بحجيته هو صحة احتجاج المكلف إذا عمل به وصادف مخالفة الواقع فيكون معذورا له كما أنه يصح أن يحتج الله على المكلف إذا لم يعمل به وخالف الحكم الواقعي فبذلك يستحق العقاب على مخالفته. وأن البحث في هذا الصدد يلتحق بحجية الظهور باعتبار أن لها دورا في فهم القرآن وتفسيره واستنباط الأحكام. وفي مصطلح العلوم القرآنية، إذا كان الأساس هو المعنى الظاهر للقرآن فيسمى حجية ظواهر القرآن، وبناء على هذه القاعدة يمكننا الاعتماد على ظاهر القرآن في مختلف ألفاظه ومفرداته وجعلها معيارا لأفعالنا، وحتى في كلامنا وآرائنا، لأن ظواهر القرآن هي المعيار والحجة لعامة الناس. في هذا البحث، وباستخدام الأسلوب الوصفي والتحليلي، سندرس حجية ظواهر المفردات والجمل القرآنية في صيغ الأمر، والنهى والمفهوم والسياق، والمطلق والمقيد وهكذا، وسنشير أيضا إلى بعض التفاسير التي اعتبرت الظواهر القرآنية معيارا.

The purpose of the emergence of the Qur'an is the meaning that is revealed from the words of the Qur'an, or the meaning that can be interpreted according to the existing evidence. Also, what is meant by the validity of the appearances of the Qur'an is the correctness of the argument of a person who is obliged to act on it and oppose the facts of the matter, which is justified for her in this case. In the same way, it is correct that God will provide evidence for the obligee who does not act and opposes the actual ruling, and then he will be punished.In this context, her knowledge joins the discussion of the authenticity of the appearances of the Qur'an, due to the fact that it plays a significant role in understanding and interpreting the Qur'an and deriving rulings. In the term of Quranic sciences, basing the apparent meaning of the Qur'an is called the validity of the appearances of the Qur'an. It is based on this rule that we can rely on the apparent meaning of the Qur'an in various cases and make it a criterion for our actions, and even consider them in our speech and opinions. that the appearances of the Qur'an are a proof for the general public. In this research, with the analytical descriptive method, we will examine the validity of the appearances of Quranic nouns and sentences in the structures of command, prohibition, concept and context, absolute, etc. did.
