المستخلص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين الأداء المالي لمؤسسة سونلغاز بولاية ميلة، حيث تم لهذا الغرض تصميم استبيان لقياس المتغير المستقل (أبعاد تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال) وتم وتوزيعه على 40 موظف بالمؤسسة، غير أنه تبين أن 06 استبيانات غير صالحة للتحليل وتم استبعادها نهائيا، في حين أن المتغير التابع تم قياسه بالاعتماد على متوسط معدل نم ومبيعات المؤسسة، خلصت نتائج تقدير نموذج الانحدار الخطي البسيط باستخدام طريقة المربعات الصغرى (OLS) وبرنامج (SPSS) إلى أن هناك علاقة موجبة بين أبعاد تكنولوجيا المعلومات ولاتصال والأداء المالي للمؤسسة، كما تبين لنا من خلال معامل التحديد المصحح أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال بأبعادها المختلفة ساهمت بنسبة 41% في تفسير التغيرات في الأداء المالي للمؤسسة، وعليه توصي الدراسة بضرورة توجه اهتمام المؤسسة أكثر نج والاستثمار في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال لتحسين وتعزيز أدائها المالي.

This research paper aims to highlight the contribution of information and communication technology in improving the financial performance of the Sonelgaz Corporation in the state of Mila. For this purpose, a questionnaire was designed to measure the independent variable (the dimensions of information and communication technology) and was distributed to 40 employees of the corporation. However, it was found that 06 questionnaires were not valid for analysis. It was completely excluded, while the dependent variable was measured based on the average growth rate of the organization's sales. The results of estimating the simple linear regression model using the method of least squares (OLS) and the (SPSS) program concluded that there is a positive relationship between the dimensions of information and communication technology and the financial performance of the institution, as we found through the corrected coefficient of determination that information and communication technology in its various dimensions contributed by 41% In explaining the changes in the financial performance of the institution, and accordingly the study recommend that the institution should direct more attention towards investing in information and communication technology to improve and enhance its financial performance.
