المستخلص: Here are the most important results that God helped me to reach through this research: 1. Through the research, it was found that the prohibition of idolatry in the Qur’an and Sunnah is a tribute to a person during his life and after his death. 2. Islamic law prohibits assaulting a person or mutilating his corpse, but rather prohibits this act against animals as well. 3. The divine purpose of hudud legislation is to protect the interests of individuals and groups, rebuke aggressors and prevent them from harming others. 4. Any punishment outside the limits set by God Almighty is an extravagance in the blood of Muslims. 5. Penal legislation is for the sake of rebuking and preventing the aggressors of others. As for mutilation, it is nothing but torture and mutilation, and it is one of the most heinous acts.
