المستخلص: وسعى البحث إلى اختبار فرض البحث الرئيسي والذي ينص على أنه لا يوجد تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية لإدارة الطاقة على جودة عمليات الإنتاج بقطاع الصناعات الإلكترونية. وأوضحت النتائج أن جميع أبعاد المتغير المستقل (إدارة الطاقة) تؤثر على المتغير التابع (جودة عمليات الإنتاج) بنسبة 59%. وأوصى البحث بتعميم نشاطات التثقيف بنظم إدارة الجودة وإدارة الطاقة ومنافعهما المتوقعة، إعداد دليل خاص بنظم إدارة الطاقة وتخطيطها مع توضيح كيفية تطبيقها في الشركة، والمراقبة والقياس المستمر على مختلف الاستخدامات الملموسة والمخرجات للطاقة وعلى فعالية خطط العمل في تحقيق الأهداف.

The research problem lies in determining the extent of the impact of energy management on improving the quality of production processes in electronic industry organizations. The research aimed to measure the impact of energy management on the quality of production processes. The research community was represented in all the directors of quality, research and development departments and their employees in the electrical industries sector companies in the Tenth of Ramadan City, as they are responsible for managing the production process in these companies, and due to the difficulty of implementation, only (8) companies were selected, which are considered major industrial companies. The research sought to test the hypothesis of the main research, which states that there is no statistically significant effect of energy management on the quality of production processes in the electronic industries sector. The results showed that all dimensions of the independent variable (energy management) affect the dependent variable (the quality of production processes) by 59%. The research recommended the generalization of education activities in quality management systems and energy management and their expected benefits, preparing a guide for energy management systems, and how to apply them in the company, the company’s planning for energy management, documenting and managing energy planning processes in accordance with the company’s energy policy, and continuous monitoring and measurement of the various tangible uses and outputs of energy and on the effectiveness of action plans in achieving goals.
