المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث لتحديد أثر العمليات التشغيلية، في تحسين أداء الصناعات المغذية للأجهزة المنزلية بالعاشر من رمضان، ومواجهة التحديات والمعوقات التي تؤثر في أداء تلك الصناعات، كما يهدف إلى دراسة العمليات التشغيلية وتطويرها بما يخدم قطاع الصناعات الكبرى. وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في كيفية تطوير العمليات التشغيلية في ظل التحديات التي تواجه الصناعات المغذية للأجهزة المنزلية من انخفاض السيولة وارتفاع أسعار الطاقة، وانتشار العشوائية في السوق؟، حيث عدم القدرة على إنتاج منتج خال من العيوب، من النواحي الفنية للعمليات التشغيلية، وانخفاض دورها في تحقيق مستويات عالية من الاهتمام بالمقاييس التشغيلية لتحسين أداء الصناعة، وتم توضيحها من خلال نموذج إحصائي لعدد (٦) منظمات، وهي عينة عشوائية طبقية تمثلت في (٢٣٤) مفردة، من (أصحاب المصانع، مديري المصانع، الإدارة المالية، رؤساء الأقسام، مهندسين الإنتاج، مشرفي الإنتاج وفنييه). وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود تأثير معنوي إيجابي للعمليات التشغيلية في تحسن أداء الصناعات المغذية للأجهزة المنزلية بالعاشر من رمضان، كما أشارت النتائج لوجود علاقة ارتباط قوية بين العمليات التشغيلية وتحسن أداء الصناعات المغذية، كما أن النتائج أكدت حرص الإدارة على وعي العاملين يعد من أهم أساليب تحسين العمليات التشغيلية، حيث أحتل الأولوية الأولى، بمعدل أهمية نسبى تخطى 86%. ويوصي هذا البحث بضرورة تحديد نقاط القوة لدى المنظمات الصناعية الوسيطة والعمل على تعزيزها من خلال وضع جدول زمني ثابت يشمل تطوير أنظمة العمل الإدارية بشكل مستمر وخفض وقت العمليات التشغيلية المهدرة وتحليل أسبابها ووضع الحلول الجذرية لها من خلال تحديث النظم الإلكترونية، وحرص الإدارة على تحقيق علاقة تكامل وترابط بين الإدارات كافة لتسهم في رفع كفاءة الأداء، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة سعى الإدارات المختصة لتوفير المواد الخام المحلية بالمواصفات المطلوبة، وزيادة معدلات التشغيل بشكل مستمر على أن تقل نسبة المعيب في المنتج، وضرورة إدخال التكنولوجيا الحديثة في الإنتاج من أجل زيادة تنافسية السلع ورفع معدلات النمو.

This research aims to determine the impact of operational processes on improving the performance of industries feeding home appliances in the 10th of Ramadan, and facing the challenges and obstacles that affect the performance of those industries. It also aims to study and develop operational processes to serve the major industry sector. The research problem was how to develop operational processes in light of the challenges facing industries feeding home appliances, namely, low liquidity, high energy prices, and the spread of randomness in the market. This is in addition to the inability to produce a defect-free product from the technical aspects of operational processes, and the limited role of these processes in achieving high levels of interest in operational measures to improve the performance of the industry. This was explained through a statistical model for (6) organizations; a stratified random sample represented in (234) single samples, from (factory owners, factory managers, finance department , heads of departments, production engineers, supervisors and production technicians). The results revealed a positive significant impact of operational processes on improving the performance of industries feeding home appliances in the 10th of Ramadan, and indicated the existence of a strong correlation between operational processes and improvement in the performance of feeding industries. The results further confirmed that the administration’s keenness to raise labour awareness is one of the most important methods of improving operational processes, where it occupied the first priority, with a relative relevance rate that exceeds 86%. This research recommends the need to identify the strengths of intermediary industrial organizations and work to strengthen them by setting a fixed schedule that includes the continuous development of administrative work systems, reducing the time of wasted operational processes, analyzing their causes and developing radical solutions through the updating of electronic systems. This is in addition to the administration's keenness to realize integration and interdependence between all departments to contribute to raising the efficiency of performance. The competent departments have to seek to provide local raw materials according to the required specifications, and continuously increase the operating rates, provided that the defect rate in the product is reduced. Furthermore, the need arises to introduce modern technology in production in order to increase the competitiveness of goods and raise growth rates.
