المستخلص: إن الإسلام أكمل الشرائع وأيسرها، جاء بحفظ الضرورات الخمس من كل ما يضر بها أو يفسدها وهي: الدين، والنفس، والعقل، والعرض، والمال، وحرم كل ما يؤدي إلى إفسادها أو إلحاق الضرر بها، وإن من أهم الأمور التي تفسد هذه الضرورات وتضر بها، بل وتذهبها بالكلية، المخدرات لما لها من الآثار السيئة والأضرار المدمرة وقد زاد ضرره في عصرنا الحاضر حينما بعد كثير من الناس عن الإسلام. وهذا ما دفعني للبحث في هذا الموضوع الذي يأتي في مقدمة، وست مباحث، وسأعتمد فيه على المنهج الاستقرائي، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها: 1- المخدرات هي كل ما تغطي متعاطيها عن الحقيقة، وتستر عقله، وتحجبه عن كل فضيلة، وتدفعه إلى كل رذيلة، فتجعل صاحبها يعيش في ظلام وغموض وكسل وفتور. 2- من أسباب تعاطي المخدرات وانتشارها: ضعف الإيمان والبعد عن تعاليم الدين الإسلامي، والمشاكل الأسرية والاجتماعية، والبحث عن اللذة والمتعة هربا من ضغوط الحياة المختلفة، وعدم توفير التوعية القوية بأضرار المخدرات، وجلساء السوء والتقليد الأعمى للآخرين. 3- للمخدرات أضرار وآثار كثيرة وسيئة وكذلك عواقب مدمرة على الفرد والمجتمع والأمة والدول على كافة المستويات: الاجتماعية، والصحية النفسية، والأمنية، والاقتصادية،،، الخ. 4- حرم الإسلام المسكرات والمخدرات وهذا من الأمور المعلومة من الدين بالضرورة، ولا ينكر ذلك إلا جاحد أو معاند، وضررها على الإنسان وخبثها وسوء عاقبتها واضحة بينة. 5- من أعظم وأهم الأسباب في الحماية من المخدرات والوقاية منها وعلاج المدمنين هو الإيمان بالله عز وجل واليوم الآخر، فهو المنهج الحق القويم الذي يعيننا ويحمينا من ويلات المخدرات. 6- تبذل الدولة جهودا كبيرة لمكافحة المخدرات من خلال سن القوانين وتغليط العقوبات على من يتاجر بها ويتعاطها، إلى جانب إقامة المستشفيات لعلاج مرضى المخدرات، وقيام المؤسسات التربوية والإعلامية والعلماء والمصلحين بدورهم في توعية المجتمعات بأضرار المخدرات وخطرها وضررها السيئ

Islam is the most complete and easiest of the Sharia laws. It came to protect the five necessities from everything that harms or spoils them and they include religion, spirit, reason, honor, and money. It forbids everything that leads to spoiling or harming them. One of the most important things that spoil these necessities and harm them, and even make them go away completely is drugs because of their bad effects and devastating damages, and their harm has increased in our present era as many people have turned away from Islam. This is what prompted me to research this topic, which comes in the form of an introduction, and six topics, in which I will rely on the inductive method, and some of the most important results I have reached are: 1- Drugs are everything that conceals the abuser from the truth, it conceals his mind, veil him from every virtue, push him to every vice, and make the drug user live in darkness, obscurity, laziness, and apathy. 2- Among the reasons for drug abuse and its spread are weak faith and distance from the teachings of the Islamic religion, family and social problems, seeking pleasure and enjoyment to escape the various pressures of life, and not providing strong awareness of the harms of drugs, bad company and blind imitation of others. 3- Drugs have many bad effects and they cause a lot of damage, as well as devastating consequences for the individual, society, nation, and state on all levels: social, health, psychological, security, economic, etc. 4- Islam has forbidden intoxicants and drugs, and this is one of the things well known from the religion to be a necessity, and no one denies that except an ungrateful or obstinate person. Its harm to humans, its wickedness, and its bad consequences are clear and evident. 5- One of the greatest and most important reasons for protection from drugs, preventing them, and treating addicts is belief in Allah Almighty and the Last Day, for it is the right and correct approach that helps us and protects us from the scourge of drugs. 6- The state makes great efforts to combat drugs by enacting laws and imposing penalties on those who traffic in and abuse them, in addition to establishing hospitals to treat drug patients, and educational and media institutions, scholars and reformers play their role in educating societies about the harms and dangers of drugs and their bad effects.
