المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة: التعرف على دور الابتكار في تحسين الإنتاجية الزراعية، فهم أنواع المبادرات اللازمة لدعم إقامة أنظمة ابتكار زراعي أكثر إنتاجية وفعالية واستدامة، اعداد إطار مقترح لتحديد دور الابتكار في حل مشكلة تحسين الإنتاجية الزراعية. أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: صلاحية جميع البنود على مستوى إجمالي عبارات (الابتكار)، حيث جاءت معاملات الاتساق الداخلي بمعنوية عند مستوى (0.01) وقد تراوحت هذه المعاملات بين (0.54 إلى 0.83)، الأمر الذي يعكس قوة قيم المعاملات ومدى اقترابها من الواحد الصحيح مما يعكس العلاقة بين الأبعاد المختلفة ومدى تمثيلها للبعد الفرعي (للابتكار)، وهذا ما ينعكس بشكل كبير على درجة مصداقية هذه الأبعاد، صلاحية جميع البنود على مستوى إجمالي عبارات وأبعاد (تحسين الإنتاجية)، حيث جاءت معاملات الاتساق الداخلي بمعنوية عند مستوى (0.01) وقد تراوحت هذه المعاملات بين (0.52 إلى 0.67)، الأمر الذي يعكس قوة قيم المعاملات ومدى اقترابها من الواحد الصحيح مما يعكس العلاقة بين الأبعاد المختلفة ومدى تمثيلها لأبعاد تحسين الإنتاجية، وهذا ما ينعكس بشكل كبير على درجة مصداقية هذه الأبعاد.
