المستخلص: هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على التقديرات اللفظية في القرآن الكريم، وأثرها في استنباط الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالعبادات، وذلك في ما يتعلق بالتقديرات من حيث التعريف بها، والألفاظ ذات الصلة بها، وبيان أهميتها وفوائدها، وكذلك من حيث أثرها في استنباط الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالعبادات، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهجين الوصفي والاستنباطي، وقام بجمع الآيات التي تحتوي على التقديرات اللفظية المتعلقة بالعبادات، واختار نماذج منها، ثم بين الحكم الظاهر في الآيات، ثم بين الحكم الخفي المستنبط من التقدير في الآيات، ثم ذكر أقوال الفقهاء في ذلك، والترجيح عند الخلاف، وتوصل الباحث بعد ذلك إلى نتائج أهمها: 1- أن التقديرات اللفظية مهمة في استنباط الأحكام الفقهية الخفية، والوصول إلى الحكم الشرعي. 2- أن العلماء متفاوتون في فهم التقديرات اللفظية، فتارة اتفقوا على ضرورتها في الآيات القرآنية، وما يترتب عليها من الوصول إلى حكم شرعي، وتارة اختلفوا فيها. 3- أن العلماء كانوا يقدرون الآيات القرآنية؛ لتأييد مذاهبهم وآرائهم الفقهية، فنجد الحنفي يقدر، وكذلك المالكي والشافعي والحنبلي وربما اتفقوا في تقدير واختلفوا في آخر، وربما انفرد بعضهم عن الآخر. 4- أن الجملة العربية لما كانت موارة بالمعاني كان لا بد من التقدير لبيان تلك المعاني المخبوءة تحت التراكيب الظاهرة، وإبرازها وإظهارها وكشفها، فبالتقدير تتنوع معاني الجملة العربية، ودلالاتها.

This research aims to Identify verbal assessments in the Holy Qur’an, and their Impact on deriving jurisprudential rulings related to worship, with regard to assessments In terms of definition, related terms, and a statement of their importance and benefits, as well as In terms of their impact on deriving jurisprudential rulings related to worship. The researcher used the descriptive and deductive approaches, and he collected the verses that contain verbal assessments related to worship and chose models from them, then he explained the apparent ruling in the verses, then between the hidden ruling derived from the assessment in the verses, then he mentioned the sayings of the jurists In that, and the weighting In the dispute, and reached The researcher then reached the most important result: 1- One of the benefits of verbal assessments is the elicitation of background jurisprudential rulings, and access to the Sharia ruling. 2-Ulama differ in their understanding of verbal estimations, so sometimes they agreed on the necessity of these in the Qur'anic verses, and what follows from them. From reaching a legal ruling, and sometimes they differed. Turn, as well as my evidence. 3-The علماء used to appreciate the Qur’anic verses.
