المستخلص: تناول الباحث دراسة المراد بشعائر الله تعالى في الحج، الوارد ذكرها والحض المؤكد على تعظيمها في سياق آيات أحكام فريضة الحج في القرآن الكريم، وكذلك بيان المراد بالخير الذي نصت الآيات الكريمة على وجوده في تلك الشعائر، وذلك من خلال جمع أقوال المفسرين وأهل الغريب واللغة في ذلك، كما أورد الباحث أقوال الفقهاء في حكم الانتفاع بالهدى بعد تقليده وإشعاره نُسُكًا، موضحا وجه تعلق ذلك بالمراد من الشعائر في الحج، ومبينا حجة كل قول وأدلته نقلا وعقلا، ثم ناقش الأقوال والأدلة، مرجحا أن المراد بالشعائر: هو العموم لمناسك الحج، والقيام بتوحيد الله، وغير ذلك مما تضمنه سياق الآيات، وأن الراجح في المنافع: هو العموم لمنافع الآخرة من الأجر، ومنافع الدنيا: من تجارة، وركوب البدن المهداة إن احتاج، والراجح في المراد بالخير: هو عمومه لخيري الدنيا والآخرة، وأن الثابت بالأدلة هو: جواز الانتفاع بالهدى إلى أن ينحر، موردا في كل ذلك أدلة الترجيح، وعلته، وفق قواعد الترجيح المعتبرة عند علماء التفسير والأصول، ومبرزا أهمية دلالة السياق والقرائن واللغة في الترجيح، ومتبعا في ذلك المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي.

The researcher dealt with the study of what is meant by the rituals of God Almighty in Hajj, which is mentioned and the emphatic exhortation to venerate them in the context of the verses of the provisions of Hajj in the Noble Qur’an, as well as the statement of what is meant by the good that the noble verses stipulate its presence in those rituals, and that is from the lawful collection of the sayings of the commentators and the people of language in that. The researcher also mentioned the sayings of the fuqaha’ regarding the ruling on benefiting from the gift after it was imitated and notified as rituals, explaining the way this relates to the purpose of the rituals in Hajj, and explaining the argument and evidence of each saying through transmission and reasoning, then discussed the sayings and evidence, suggesting that what is meant by rituals The researcher dealt with the study of what is meant by the rituals of God Almighty in Hajj, which is mentioned and the emphatic exhortation to venerate them in the context of the verses of the provisions of the obligation of Hajj in the Holy Qur’an, as well as a statement of what is meant by the good that the noble verses stipulated its presence in those rituals, and that is from the lawful collection of the sayings of the interpreters and the people of the stranger and the language in That, as the researcher mentioned the sayings of the jurists regarding the ruling on benefiting from the hady after imitating it and notifying it as rituals, clarifying the way that this relates to the meaning of the rituals in Hajj, and explaining the argument of each saying and its evidence through transmission and reasoning, then discuss the sayings and evidence: Hajj and the evidence are the general meanings of the people.
