علم المنطق من العلوم التي شارك فيها كثير من العلماء والمفكرين المسلمين، وتناولوه بالبحث مفصلا وتعمقوا في مباحثه، فكانوا في ذلك على مراتب متفاوتة؛ منهم من ترجم، ومنهم منة شرح ولخص، ومنهم من أشاد به وأدخله في بعض العلوم، ومنهم من أعاد صياغته وقام بتعديل وحذف ما لا يتوافق أو يخالف الشرع مع تقريبه للاستدلال وطرائق الاستنباط، وهذا ما فعله ابن حزم ودافع عنه فيما كتب. ولهذا رأيت أن أقدم هذا البحث والذي هو بعنوان: معالم التجديد المنطقي وعلاقته بأصول الفقه عند ابن حزم. تحدثت في المبحث الأول عن المقاربة بين المنطق والعلوم الإسلامية عند ابن حزم، وفي المبحث الثاني عن القضايا المنطقية المؤثرة في المسائل الأصولية، وفي المبحث الثالث عن موقف ابن حزم من الاستدلالات الفاسدة في الجدل والمناظرة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن للعلماء والمفكرين المسلمين إضافات وتجديدا مؤثرا في علم المنطق؛ وفي مقدمتهم ابن حزم والذي كانت له معالم تجديدية وفق رؤيته واحتياجه لهذا العلم بما لا يراه متعارضا مع الكتاب والسنة، جاعلا من اللغة أساسا للتقريب والتسهيل لهذا العلم. وتم اتباع المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي والنقدي لتحقيق الدراسة.
Logic is one of the fields in which many Muslim scholars and thinkers contributed to, and studied it in detail and delved into its research. But they deal with it on different levels; Among them were those who translated it, and some of them explained and summarized it, and some of them praised it and included it in some other fields, and some of them reformulated and modified it and deleted what does not conform or does contradict Sharia with its approximation to inference and methods of deduction, and this is what Ibn Hazm did and defended. That is why I present this research, which is entitled: The Landmarks of Logical Upgrade and its Relationship to the Fundamentals of Jurisprudence according to Ibn Hazm. The first topic deals with the approach between logic and Islamic sciences according to Ibn Hazm, the second topic deals with logical issues affecting jurisprudence fundamental issues, and the third topic deals with Ibn Hazm's position on corrupt inferences in controversy and debate. The study concluded that Muslim scholars and thinkers have contributed and upgraded logic science; and among the very first of them is Ibn Hazm, which has some upgrade contributions in this field, according to his thoughts and what's needed, and with what is conflicting with the Qur'an and Sunnah, and by putting language as a guide. The descriptive, analytical and critical method was followed in the study.
