المستخلص: تأتي "المروءة" في مقدمة صرح الأخلاق، فهي قيمة إنسانية وفضيلة إسلامية تعبر عن نبل صاحبها وطيب معدنه، الأمر الذي يجعل الحاجة إليها ماسة، لا سيما في ميدان الدعوة إلى الله عز وجل، ويهدف البحث إلى التأكيد على أهمية "المروءة"، وبيان أثر مروءة الداعية وثمرتها في عملية الدعوة، كما يهدف إلى استخلاص منهجية دعوية للتعامل مع ذوي المروءات، بما يحقق الاستفادة منهم وحسن توظيفهم. وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج التحليلي بمكوناته، فهو يجمع النصوص ذات الصلة بالمروءة، ويلقي الضوء عليها بأسلوب علمي يقوم على التفسير والتحليل؛ لاستخلاص آثار مروءة الداعي، واستنباط قواعد دعوية يستنير بها الدعاة في التعامل مع ذوي المروءات. وقد خلص الباحث إلى أن "المروءة" ضرورية للداعية، فبها يستقيم ظاهره وباطنه، وهي سبيله إلى كسب القلوب، ونيل المصداقية والقبول لدى الناس، كما خلص إلى أن منهج الدعوة في التعامل مع ذوي المروءات يتمثل في: إكرامهم وتوقيرهم ورفع شأنهم، والوفاء لهم وحفظ صنيعهم، والاستفادة من طيب معدنهم وكمال عقولهم، وإقالة عثراتهم. ويوصي الباحث بإبراز نماذج المروءة في واقعنا المعاصر إعلاميا ومجتمعيا، وتقديم الدعم والتكريم اللائق بهم، حتى يستقر في وجدان الناس أن هؤلاء هم القدوات والصفوة الذين ينبغي الاحتفاء بهم، كما يوصي باستكتاب الباحثين عامة والدعاة على وجه الخصوص لتناول ظاهرة تراجع المروءة في واقعنا الحالي "الأسباب والعلاج"، وذلك باستخدام أساليب الرصد والتحليل العلمي الذي يقود إلى نتائج سليمة.

For being a human value and an Islamic virtue, the magnanimity "Morowat" stands out at the forefront of the morality edifice, to announce either the nobility or the righteousness of their holder. As it has been found out as an urgent need, especially in the calling field, this research aims subsequently to emphasize the importance of "magnanimity" either in the lives of people in general or in the calling field in particular. It also aims to show the impact of the magnanimity of the preacher and its fruit in the calling activities. Through this study, the researcher will seek to evolve a preaching methodology when dealing with magnanimous persons, to benefit from the best practices of their employment. The research relied on the analytical approach with its components, as it collects texts related to chivalry, and sheds light on them in a scientific manner based on interpretation and analysis to extract the effects of the preacher's chivalry, and to devise advocacy rules that enlighten preachers in dealing with people with chivalry. It is necessary for the preacher, as can realize that sought balance between the appearance and interiority of the preacher. Besides, it will be his/her instrument to win hearts and credibility. In conclusion, the researcher settles that the best approach to calling those magnanimous persons could be represented in honoring, revering, and raising their social status, exalting their conduct, benefiting from their high souls, intelligent minds, and providing appropriate support and honoring them, so that it settles in people's minds that these are the role models and the elite who should be celebrated. and treatment", using scientific monitoring and analysis methods that lead to sound results.
