يتناول هذا البحث قضية مهمة وضرورية في الواقع التديني، ضمن ما يمكن تسميته بالفلسفة التطبيقية لعلم الكلام أو العلاج بالكلام حيث يتناول بالدراسة والتحليل الشخصية المتخصصة عقائديا بحق المتفاعلة مع الواقع التديني والحياتي المتواصلة بإيجابية مع من يحتاجون المشورة العقائدية، حين تحدث لهم أزمة إيمانية أو اضطراب عقدي. وقد دفعني لاختيار هذا البحث أسباب عديدة منها توضيح مفهوم الأخصائي العقائدي. وبيان الضرورة الحياتية في مهمة الأخصائي العقائدي. ونقد توجهات بعض الجماعات التكفيرية. ويتناول هذا البحث بالدراسة والتحليل أربعة مباحث: المبحث الأول: توضيح تعريف الأخصائي العقائدي وبيان ماهيته والمبحث الثاني: بيان مواصفات وشروط الأخصائي العقائدي والمبحث الثالث: عرض مهام ووظائف الأخصائي العقائدي في الواقع الإسلامي المعاصر. والمبحث الرابع: المطالبة بتفعيل الدولة إقرار وظيفة الأخصائي العقائدي.
This research discusses an important and necessary issue in religious reality, within what can be called the applied philosophy of speech science or speech therapy. It deals with the study and analysis of the truly doctrinal personality, interacting with the religious and life reality, positively communicating with those who need doctrinal advice, when they have a crisis of faith or doctrinecal disorder. Many reasons prompted me to choose this research, including: Clarifying the concept of the doctrinecal specialist. And a statement of the necessity of life in the task of the doctrinecal specialist. And criticism of the orientations of some Takfiri groups. This research deals with the study and analysis of four topics: The first topic: clarification of the definition of the doctrinecal specialist and his statement. The second topic: a statement of the specifications and conditions of the doctrinecal specialist. And the third topic: presenting the tasks and functions of the doctrinal specialist in the contemporary Islamic reality. The fourth topic: the demand for the activation of the state and the approval of the function of the doctrinecal specialist.
