المستخلص: يعتبر الزواج كظاهرة ديمغرافية تلعب دورا كبيرا في المجتمع وهي مرتبطة بالعادات والتقاليد الاجتماعية السائدة في كل المجتمع، ولا يتم الزواج إلا في إطار ه الشرعي والديني وفق المعايير والقيم الإسلامية لذلك جاء موضوع البحث وهو دراسة الأثار الشرعية والاجتماعية المترتبة على الزواج في ظل جائحة كورونا. أهداف البحث: ١-إلقاء الضوء على العادات والتقاليد الخاصة بالزواج المنتشرة في المجتمع الفرساني، بمنطقة جازان، وانعكاسها على انتشار فيروس كورونا ٢- نشر الوعي بين أفراد المجتمع بفيروس كورونا وطرق الانتقال والوقاية الصحية. ٣- الكشف عن ثقافة المجتمع تجاه الزواج في زمن الكورونا بمنطقة فرسان. أهمية البحث: ١- خدمة المجتمع السعودي بحيث تسهم نتائج هذه الدراسة في التوعية بأهمية الفحوصات للحد من انتشار فيروس كرونا. ٢- خدمة مجال التخصص حيث يعد هذا البحث إضافة في مجال التخصص منهج البحث: اعتمد الباحثتين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة أدوات البحث: ١ - استمارة البيانات العامة ٠ ٢- استبيان عن الزواج في زمن الكورونا نتائج البحث أوضحت نتائج البحث أن: ١. قللت أزمة كورونا من التكاليف الباهظة للزواج. ٢. أزمة كورونا لم تؤثر سلبا على العلاقة الحميمة. ٣. أزمة كورونا كانت سببا في زيادة الضغط النفسي على الزوجة. ٤. أزمة كورونا كانت سببا في معرفة الله والالتجاء إليه لجلب الطمأنينة. ٥. اتخذ بعض الأزواج أزمة كورونا ذريعة للامتناع عن العلاقة الحميمة. ٦. زادت مشاركة بعض الأزواج في الأمور المنزلية. ٧. أدى فراغ الزوج أثناء الحجر المنزلي إلى زيادة الخلافات الزوجية. ٨. كثير من الزوجات يفضلن عدم الإعلان عن إصابة أزواجهن بالكورونا. ٩. قللت أزمة كورونا من المجاملات والزيارات العائلية.

Marriage is considered a demographic phenomenon that plays a considerable role in society. It is linked to the prevailing social customs and traditions in the entire society. Marriage takes place only in its legal and religious framework in accordance with the Islamic standards and values. Therefore, the topic of research is the study of the legal and social implications of marriage in light of Corona (covid-19) pandemic Virus crisis. Objectives of the research: 1. Shedding light on the prevailing customs and traditions of marriage in Farasan community, in Jazan region, and their impact on the spread of the Corona virus. 2. Dissemination of awareness among members of society of the Corona virus, methods of its transmission and health prevention. 3. Revealing the culture of society regarding marriage in the time of Corona Virus in Farasan region. Significance of the research: 1. Serving the Saudi community through using the results of this study in contributing to raising awareness of the importance of conducting tests to limit the spread of the Corona virus. 2. Serving the field of specialization, as this research is an addition to the field of specialization. Methodology of the research The two researchers used the descriptive analytical methodology in the study. Tools of the research: 1. The general data form. 2. A questionnaire about marriage in the time of Corona. Results of the research: The research concluded a set of results, they are as follows: 1. Corona (covid-19) pandemic Virus crisis reduced the high costs of marriage. 2. Corona (covid-19) pandemic Virus crisis did not negatively impact the intimate relationship. 3. Corona (covid-19) pandemic Virus crisis increased wife’s psychological pressure. 4. Corona (covid-19) pandemic Virus crisis was a reason for resorting to Allah, the Almighty to enjoy peace of mind and tranquility. 5. Some couples took Corona (covid-19) pandemic Virus crisis as an excuse to abstain from the intimate relationship. 6. Increase of some husbands’ involvement in household matters. 7. Husband's free time during home quarantine increased marital disputes. 8. Many wives preferred not to announce that their husbands are infected with Corona (covid-19) pandemic Virus. 9. Corona (covid-19) pandemic Virus crisis reduced courtesies and family visits.
