المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى تقديم رؤية تأصيلية فقهية وقانونية لجريمة استدراج الأطفال في المسكرات والمؤثرات العقلية عبر وسائل التقنية الحديثة، ويسلط الضوء على نازلة تمس الأطفال؛ حيث إن مشكلة الاستغلال في المخدرات ليست ظاهرة محلية اختصت أو انفردت بها دولة معينة دون غيرها، وإنما هي آفة عالمية في أبعادها، وآثارها الوخيمة، وتزداد عالمية الظاهرة مع ما يشهده العالم من تطور تقني كبير، وفي ظل هذا التطور التقني الحديث أصبح أطفالنا لا ينفكون عن هذه التقنية ضمن هذا التطور، أتى البحث لمساعدة القضاة وذوي الاهتمام على محاولة بناء تصور دقيق عن هذه الواقعة، وذلك باتباع المنهج الاستقرائي في جمع المادة العلمية المتعلقة بالجريمة، والمنهج التحليلي المقارن بين الفقه والنظام لدراسة المادة العلمية؛ وصولا لجواب البحث في جريمة استدراج الطفل في المسكرات والمخدرات الواقعة عليه عبر وسائل التقنية الحديثة، وقد اشتمل البحث على: مقدمة، وتمهيد، ومبحث، وخاتمة، وقائمة بالمصادر والمراجع. المقدمة: احتوت على مشكلة البحث، وأهميته، وأسباب اختياره، وأهدافه، وحدوده، والدراسات السابقة حول الموضوع، ومن ثم منهجه وإجراءاته، والتمهيد: فيه التعريف بمفردات العنوان، وما يتصل به، والمبحث الأول: فيه ثلاثة مطالب: المطلب الأول: حقيقة جريمة استدراج الطفل في المسكرات والمؤثرات العقلية، وتسهيل تداولها عبر وسائل التقنية الحديثة، وصورها، والمطلب الثاني: التكييف القانوني لجريمة استدراج الطفل في المسكرات والمؤثرات العقلية، وتسهيل تداولها عبر وسائل التقنية الحديثة، والمطلب الثالث: التكييف الفقهي لجريمة استدراج الطفل في المسكرات والمؤثرات العقلية، وتسهيل تداولها عبر وسائل التقنية الحديثة، وخاتمة البحث: فيها عرض لأهم النتائج والتوصيات.

The research aims to present a fundamental legal and jurisprudential vision of the crime of luring children into alcohol and psychotropic substances through modern technology, and sheds light on a catastrophe affecting children; Since the problem of drug exploitation is not a local phenomenon that is specific or unique to a particular country, but rather it is a global scourge in its dimensions and dire effects, and the globalization of the phenomenon increases with the great technical development the world is witnessing, and in light of this modern technical development, our children have become incessant About this technique within this development, the research came to help judges and those interested in trying to build an accurate perception of this incident, by following the inductive method in collecting scientific material related to crime, and the comparative analytical method between jurisprudence and the system to study the scientific material; To reach the answer to the research in the crime of luring the child into intoxicants and drugs through modern technology, it included: an introduction, a preface, a chapter, and a conclusion. The introduction: it contained the research problem, its importance, the reasons for its selection, its objectives, its limits, and previous studies on the subject, and then its methodology and procedures, and the preface: in which the definition of the vocabulary of the title, and what is related to it, and the first topic: there are three demands: The first requirement: the truth of the crime of luring The child in intoxicants and psychotropic substances, and facilitating their circulation through modern technology means, and their images, and the second requirement: the legal adaptation of the crime of luring the child into intoxicants and psychotropic substances, and facilitating their circulation through modern technology, and the third demand: the jurisprudential adaptation of the crime of luring the child into intoxicants and psychotropic substances, and facilitating their circulation Through the means of modern technology, and the conclusion of the research: it presents the most important results and recommendations.
