المستخلص: هدف الدراسة: تسعى الدراسة إلى تعرف تقويم أبناء المجتمع النوبي لتجربة تهجيرهم، ومدى نجاح عملية التوطين في تحسين نوعية حياتهم مقارنة بالأوضاع في النوبة القديمة، ومعرفة كيفية تحديد الموقع الجديد للتوطين وتهيئته، وأهم مشكلاته. هذا من ناحية، ومن ناحية أخرى رصدت مدى نجاح عملية التهجير في تحقيق اندماجهم في المجتمع المصري، وأهم المشكلات التي تعوق اندماج بعضهم، وبخاصة تلك المتعلقة بالثقافة النوبية، وأسباب مطالبة بعضهم بالعودة إلى النوبة القديمة. المنهجية: الدراسة نظرية تعتمد على إعادة تحليل نتائج بعض الدراسات السابقة حول قضية تهجير النوبيين، ورغبة بعضهم في العودة إلى النوبة القديمة. النتائج: أن مشكلات النوبيين في مصر ليست مشكلات خاصة بهم فقط دون غيرهم، كما أن مطالبهم ليست صعبة الحل إذا نظرنا إليها باعتبارها الوعود التي تلقوها منذ بداية التهجير، وأن بزوغ فكرة العودة مرة أخرى كان نتيجة تجاهل المسؤولين لمشكلات المجتمع النوبي. وتتلخص أهم مطالبهم الآن في ضرورة الاهتمام بتنمية النوبة الجديدة، وإعطاء أولوية الإقامة، وتملك الأراضي المستصلحة حول البحيرة بأراضي النوبة القديمة للنوبيين الراغبين في العودة، والاهتمام بتنوع المشروعات التنموية حولها. الخلاصة: يحتاج الملف النوبي في مصر إلى إدارته إدارة تحافظ على وحدة المجتمع المصري وانسجامه في ظل احترام التنوع الثقافي والثقافات الفرعية في المجتمع.

Objective: The study seeks to identify the evaluation of the people of the Nubian community of their displacement experience, the extent of the success of the settlement process in improving the quality of their lives compared to the conditions in the old Nubia, and to determine how to locate and prepare the new site for settlement, and its most serious issues. On the other hand, the study seeks to monitor the success of the displacement process in achieving their integration into the Egyptian society, and the most serious obstacles that hinder the integration of some of them, especially those related to Nubian culture, and the reasons underlying their demands to return to old Nubia. Method: This theoretical study carries out a thorough re-analysis of the results of some previous studies on the issue of displacement of the Nubians and the desire of some of them to return to the old Nubia. Results: The study concluded that the Nubians’ problems in Egypt are not solely confined to them, and that their demands are not difficult to solve if seen as promises given to them since the beginning of the displacement. Also, the rise of the return issue was due to the officials’ disregard to the Nubian society problems, and their most important demands that can be summed up by the need to pay attention to the development of New Nubia, to give priority to residency, to own the reclaimed lands around the lake in the old Nubian lands for the Nubians wishing to return, and to care for diversifying developmental projects around it. Conclusion: The Nubian file in Egypt needs to be managed in a way that preserves the unity and harmony of Egyptian society while respecting cultural diversity and subcultures in society. keywords: Egyptian Nubia, displacement, social integration, right of return.
