يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على مؤشرات السيولة والمديونية ومدى تأثير النتائج المستخلصة من هذه النسب على القيمة السوقية للاسهم من خلال دراسة القوائم المالية لمصرف بغداد ومدى قدرة النتائج المستخلصة من هذه القوائم في أحداث تغيير في القيمة السوقية لاسهم هذا المصرف، وذلك من خلال استخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة لقياس الأثر الديناميكي لمؤشرات التداول والديون على الموجودات على القيمة السوقية لاسهم مصرف بغداد خلال المدة ۲۰۰۷ - ۲۰۲۱، إن النتائج المستخرجة من اختبار Bound Test تؤكد على وجود علاقة توازنيه طويلة الأجل بين المتغيرات، كما تبين من خلال نتائج تقدير نموذج تصحيح الخطأ ECM أن سرعة التعديل من الأجل القصير إلى الأجل الطويل بلغت حوالي 31% وتشير النتائج أيضا إلى أن هناك علاقة غير معنوية سلبية بين مؤشر الديون إلى الموجودات والقيمة السوقية للأسهم في الأمد القصير، وعلاقة إيجابية غير معنوية في المدى الطويل بين المؤشرات مؤشرات التداول والقيمة السوقية للأسهم وعلاقة إيجابية معنوية بين الديون على الموجودات والقيمة السوقية للأسهم.
This research aims to identify indicators of liquidity and indebtedness and the extent of the impact of the results extracted from these ratios on the market value of shares by studying the financial statements of the Bank of Baghdad and the extent of the ability of the results extracted from these lists to cause a change in the market value of the shares of this bank, through the use of the ARDL model To measure the dynamic effect of Current ratio debt on assets ratio on the market value of Bank of Baghdad shares during the period 2007-2021, the results extracted from the Bound Test confirm the existence of a long-term equilibrium relationship between the variables, as it was shown through the results of the ECM estimation that the speed of adjustment From the short term to the long term amounted to about 31%. The results also indicate that there is a significant positive relationship in the long run between the Current ratio debt on assets ratio and the market value of shares, and a non-significant long-term positive relationship between the Current dta o and debt on assets dta o and the market value of shares.
