المستخلص: This article present the essential role of the customs administration in the implementation of diverse politics of the government, particularly those related to the promotion and at the development of the national production. This role is reflected in the customs facilitation implemented by the customs administration for the benefit of enterprises, namely the simplification of customs clearance procedures, customs procedures with economic impact, and the device of the Authorized Economic Operator. These facilitations aim at the improvement of the competitiveness of companies and its support on the international market and promotion of exportation. Thus, our work aimed at evaluating the existing facilities.

Cet article mis en exergue le rôle primordial de l’administration des douanes dans la mise en oeuvre de diverses politiques du gouvernement, notamment celle visant le développement de la production nationale et la promotion des exportations hors hydrocarbure. Ce rôle se traduit à travers les facilitations douanières mise en oeuvre par l’administration des douanes au profit des entreprises, à savoir la simplification des procédures de dédouanement, les régimes douaniers économiques et le dispositif de l’opérateur économique agrée. Ces facilitations visent l’amélioration de la compétitivité des entreprises et son accompagnement sur le marché international. C’est ainsi, que notre travail, se proposait de présenter et d’évaluer les facilitions en vigueur.
