|a هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان دور السياق اللغوي في تحديد المعاني المضمنة في بعض ألفاظ أحاديث الأحكام الشرعية، والوقوف عند الأحاديث التي اختلف علماء الإسلام في تحديد المعاني المضمنة في ألفاظها، وما للسياق من أثر في ذلك، وذلك في مقدمة، وأربعة مباحث، وخاتمة، وفهرس المصادر والمراجع، وفهرس الموضوعات، متبعا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في دراسة أحاديث كتاب عمدة الأحكام للحافظ عبد الغني المقدسي(ت600هـ)، وخلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أن التضمين النحوي من أساليب التوسع عند العرب في كلامها، ولا يمكن إغفاله لكثرة الشواهد الواردة عليه، وإن كان على خلاف الأصل كالمجاز إلا أنه يكون قياسا بمراعاة ضوابط معينة، وأن من مجموع(430) حديثا التي حواه الكتاب المدروس، ورد(96) حديثا مشتملة على ظاهرة التضمين منها(74) حديثا في أبواب العبادات، و(22) حديثا في أبواب المعاملات، وكان للسياق اللغوي دور بارز في تضمين ألفاظها معاني تتناسب معها، وفي توجيه تلك الأحاديث، وقد أوصت الدراسة بإجراء دراسات مشابهة في كتب أحاديث الأحكام الأخرى.
|b The current study aimed to clarify the role of the linguistic context in determining the implied meanings embedded in some of the Hadiths of Legal Provisions in Islam, and to explore some hadiths that Islamic scholars differed in determining the meanings embedded in their words, and the impact of context on that. This was achieved through an introduction, four chapters, a conclusion, an index of references, and index of topics, adopting the descriptive analytic approach to study the hadiths of the book "ʿUmdat al-Ahkām" by al- Hafiz Abdul Ghani al-Maqdisi(d. 600AH) which is a compendium of hadiths on legal provisions. The study arrived at a number of findings, the most important of which declares that syntactic embedding of implied meanings is one of the methods of linguistic expansion of word usage in Arabic, which cannot be overlooked due to the vast number of linguistic evidence underscoring it. Although, like metaphor, it contravenes the original principle of Arabic, but nevertheless, it can be deemed as classically analogous if certain rules and regulations are observed. From a total of (430) hadiths contained in the book under study, as many as (96) hadiths demonstrate this phenomenon, of which (74) hadiths were noted under the chapters on acts of worship, while (22) hadiths were found in the chapters on transactions, and linguistic context played a significant role in embedding suitable implied meanings in their words and in explaining those hadiths. The study also recommended conducting similar studies in other books and collections of hadiths on legal provisions.
