يتناول البحث المفاهيم المركزية لتفكيك الخطاب في النقد الثقافي من خلال تحديد مفهوم الثقافة وعلاقتها بالخطاب ودورهما في بناء المعرفة وتقييدها، واستقراء مفهوم النقد الثقافي وتوجهاته ودوره في الكشف عن تلك العلاقة، ومقاربة إسهامات إدوارد سعيد والغذامي في هذا المجال. فالثقافة هي أسلوب الحياة في مجتمع ما والسلوك الذي ينتهجه الفرد لينسجم مع هذا الأسلوب، وتسعى الثقافات المختلفة إلى تكوين المقاييس التي تحدد انتماء الفرد إلى نمط ثقافة معينة وتعين سلوكه الاجتماعي، وتستعين بمنظومة دلالية تمنحها سمة المحلية والوحدة وتفضي بها إلى إفراز العناصر والآليات ذاتها التي تتشكل منها فتحافظ على ديمومتها. وتعد أنظمة الخطاب إحدى آليات التحكم بالمعرفة والإنتاج الثقافي؛ لأنها تفضي إلى إنتاج أنماط معينة من الخطابات وتداولها في مجال مغلق وفق قواعد مضبوطة. وتتأسس العلاقة بين الثقافة والخطاب بواسطة إعادة الإحياء المستمرة للأحداث الثقافية المختزنة في الذاكرة، والجدل المستمر مع الخطابات الأخرى الواقعة في مجاله الثقافي. ويتجلى دور النقد الثقافي في الكشف عن سلاسل التشكل الفعلي للخطاب بوصفه علامة ثقافية دالة على الثقافة التي أنتجته ومتحكما في إنتاج الدلالة في الوقت ذاته. ويفكك إدوارد سعيد الخطاب الاستشراقي الذي تلتحم فيه القوة السياسية الغربية بالمعرفة والإنتاج الثقافي منطلقا من مفهوم الهجنة الثقافية والدنيوية والقراءة الطباقية. بينما ينتقد الغذامي خطاب النقد الأدبي الذي يركز على القيمة الجمالية والبلاغية ويصرف الأنظار عن العيوب النسقية المضمرة تحت غطائها، ويقترح آليات تتمركز حول مفهوم النسق الثقافي للكشف عن هذه العيوب التي تكون الذائقة وتتحكم بالسلوك.
This paper sheds the light on the central concepts of cultural criticism in speech, through specifying the definition of culture and its association to speech, and its role in building Knowledge or restraining it. The study of cultural criticism and its beliefs, in its role in uncovering its relation, and bringing together Edward Saeed and AlGatham approaches in the criticism field. The culture is a way of living, in a given society and the behaviour to co-exist with this style . The different cultures seek making the standards, which determine the identity affiliation of the individual and determine its social conduct. The semantic system for a certain culture is what gives it local and unified traits, and harmony which enables it to produce, its elements that are the mechanism of sustainability. Speech regulations is one of the mechanism of controlling Knowledge and cultural productivity. The relationship between culture and speech, is by the revival of stored cultural events, in the memory, and the continuous arguments with other speeches, that are in the area in the same cultural field. The role of cultural criticism, is evident in unravelling the sequence for the speech, as significant culture traits, which represent the culture, and produces concepts with that implication at the same time. Edward Saeed has intended the dissecting of the Oriental speech, were the western political power is fused with the knowledge, and the cultural productivity, derived from the hyperiids' of cultural terrestrial and classism readings. AlQothami criticized the cultural criticism, speech that is based on the rhetorical and aesthetics, diverting the focus of the public eye from the shortcoming formats, that are underneath the aesthetic cover. He suggested mechanism, that is based on the terminology itself, that reveal the flaws that create and conduct it.
