المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتعرف إلى طبيعة العلاقة بين كل من سمات الشخصية ومهارات حل المشكلات لدى المرشدين التربويين بمحافظات قطاع غزة وما مستوى كلا من سمات الشخصية ومهارات حل المشكلات لدى المرشدين التربويين بمحافظات قطاع غزة والعلاقة بين سمات الشخصية ومهارات حل المشكلات لدى المرشدين وطبيعة الفروق في مستوى سمات الشخصية ومهارات حل المشكلات لدى المرشدين التربويين بمحافظات قطاع غزة تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، الحالة الاجتماعية، سنوات الخبرة، الدخل الشهري، مكان السكن واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واشتملت عينة الدراسة جميع المرشدين التربويين بعد استثناء العينة الاستطلاعية للعام 2022م، واسترد الباحث (366) بنسبة (84.9%) وتم إعداد ثلاثة مقاييس من إعداد الباحث وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: بلغت الدرجة الكلية لسمات الشخصية حصلت على وزن نسبي (80.66%) وبلغت الدرجة الكلية لمقياس مهارة حل المشكلات حصل على وزن نسبي (70.57%) ووجود علاقة ارتباط موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين سمات الشخصية ومهارات حل المشكلات وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى سمات الشخصية تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي مكان العمل ووجود فروق في متغير سنوات الخبرة وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى مهارة حل المشكلات تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، مكان العمل) ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولقد كانت الفروق لصالح الذكور وفي ضوء ذلك أوصى الباحث بمجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها: - إضافة مرشد تربوي مساعد في كل مدرسة وخاصة المدارس الأكثر عددا للتغلب على المشكلات الطلابية ووضع الحلول المناسبة لها. - إعطاء المرشد المزيد من الصلاحيات التي تختص بالعمل الإرشادي في التعامل مع الأنظمة والقوانين بمرونة للتواصل مع المجتمع المحلي والمؤسسات الأهلية لتحقيق أهدافه.

The current study aimed to get to know the nature of the relationship between both characteristics and problem- solving skills among educational guides in the governorates of the Gaza Strip, the level of both characteristic characteristics and problem solving skills among educational counselors in the governorates of the Gaza Strip, the relationship between character features and problem- solving skills among the guides and the nature of the differences in the level of features Personality and problem solving skills among educational guides in the governorates of the Gaza Strip attributed to the variables and The study sample included all the educational guides after the exception of the exploratory sample for the year 2022 AD, and the researcher (366) he recovered by (84.9%) and three measures of the researcher prepared and the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The total degree of personality features reached a relative weight (80.66 % ), and the total degree of the scale of problem solving the problem was received by a relative weight (70.57 %) and the presence of a positive correlation relationship with statistical significance between the character features and the problem-solving skills and the absence of statistically significant differences in the level of features The character is due to the variables of the study (sex, the educational qualification place of work and the presence of differences in the variable years of experience and the lack of statistically significant differences in the level of problem- solving skill attributed to the study variables (the scientific qualification, years of experience, the workplace) and the presence of statistically significant differences attributed to the gender variable The differences were in favor of males, and in light of this, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which was: - Add an assistant educational guide in each school, especially the most numerous schools, to overcome student problems and develop appropriate solutions to them. - Giving the guide more powers concerned with extension work in dealing with regulations and regulations with flexibility to communicate with the local community and civil institutions to achieve its goals.
