|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى توضيح أهمية التفسير الموضوعي في إصلاح واقع الحياة المعاصرة، ومواكبة التطور والمستجدات وفق المنهج القرآني في استنباط الأحكام الشرعية، وقد تم تقسيمه إلى ثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأول: يعني بتعريف التفسير الموضوعي، ونشأته، وأهم المؤلفات فيه، والمبحث الثاني: اهتم بالتفسير الموضوعي، والتفسير الفقهي، أما المبحث الثالث: أهمية التفسير الموضوعي في بيان الأحكام الشرعية. وتوصلت فيه إلى أن دراسة القرآن الكريم على منهج التفسير الموضوعي من الضروريات في استنباط الأحكام الشرعية، إذ أنه يشمل لبنة من لبنات معالجة قضايا العصر، وحل مشكلاته عن طريق القرآن الكريم؛ لأن التفسير الموضوعي هو الأقرب والمقنع في مجابهة مشاكل العصر الحديث، ومعطيات الحضارة، سواء كان التفسير الذي يعالج وحدة الموضوع في القرآن الكريم، أو ذلك الذي يعالج وحدة الموضوع في السورة.
|b This research aims at clarifying the importance of objective interpretation in reforming the reality of contemporary life, and keeping up with the updates and recent developments in accordance with the Qur’anic approach to derive legal rulings. The research was divided into three sections: First, the definition of objective interpretation, its origins, and the most important writings related to it. Second, objective interpretation and jurisprudential interpretation. Third, the importance of objective interpretation in clarifying legal rulings. The study concluded that studying the Holy Qur’an based on the objective interpretation approach is one of the necessities in deriving legal rulings, as it includes a building block for addressing contemporary issues and solving its problems through the Holy Qur’an. The objective interpretation is the closest and most convincing in facing the problems of the modern era and civilization, whether it is the interpretation that deals with the unity of the subject in the Holy Qur’an, or that which deals with the unity of the subject in the Surah.
