|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان دور المواثيق والمؤتمرات الدولية في استهداف الأسرة المسلمة، وبيان أهم الجوانب التي استهدفها مؤتمرا القاهرة وبكين. أما تقسيم البحث فقد قسمناه إلى: مقدمة، وتمهيد، وثلاثة مباحث، فخاتمة. تضمنت المقدمة: أهمية البحث، وأهدافه، وأسباب اختياره، ومنهج البحث، والدراسات السابقة، وحدود البحث، وتقسيماته. وتضمن التمهيد: التعريف بمصطلحات البحث. ثم جاء المبحث الأول تحت عنوان: أهم الاتفاقيات والمواثيق الدولية التي تستهدف الأسرة المسلمة. وجاء المبحث الثاني تحت عنوان: جوانب استهداف الأسرة المسلمة من خلال مؤتمري القاهرة وبكين. وجاء المبحث الثالث تحت عنوان: أهداف مؤتمري القاهرة وبكين وإجراءاتهما من منظور إسلامي. وتضمنت الخاتمة: أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصل إليها البحث، ومن أهمها: أن مؤتمري القاهرة وبكين يدعوان إلى مجموعة من المخالفات الشرعية، وأنه تم استهداف الأسرة المسلمة من جوانب عديدة منها: الجانب التعليمي، والثقافي، والصحي، والاقتصادي، والسياسي، والأخلاقي، والاجتماعي.
|b The research aims at explaining the role of international conventions and conferences in targeting the Muslim family, and to indicate the most important aspects that were targeted by the Cairo and Beijing conferences. The research is divided into: an introduction, a preface, three topics, and a conclusion. The introduction included: the importance of the research, its objectives, the reasons for its selection, the research methodology, previous studies، the limits of the research, and its divisions. The preamble included: Definition of search terms. The first topic came under the title: The most important international agreements and covenants that target the Muslim family. The second topic came under the title: Aspects of targeting the Muslim family through the Cairo and Beijing conferences. The third topic came under the title: The objectives and procedures of the Cairo and Beijing conferences from an Islamic perspective. The conclusion included the most important findings and recommendations of the research. The study revealed that the reports of the Cairo and Beijing conferences violate the Islamic law, as they call for a group of legal violations, and they target the Muslim family in several aspects, including: educational, cultural, health, economic, political, moral and social.
