Abstract:

The researcher relied in his study on the following methodology: Introduction: First, defining the Taif agreement and the historical conditions that led to it's existence, then the problematic was raised. Body: Chapter One: National Accord Document, Requirements and Application - First Topic: Reform Demands in this topic the researcher devided it into subtitles: constitutional side, social side, national side. - Second Topic: The Application of Document in this topic the researcher devided it into subtitles: Implementation of the political, sectarian and reconciliation document, Constitutional implementation, Opinions of the deputies who participated in this Document. Chapter two: The reform content of the document - Topic: General Principles and Reforms - Organizing the authorities in the state at the level of: Presidency, Presidency of the House of Representatives, Presidency of the Council of Ministers - The abolition of political sectarianism. Conclusion: Solutions to implement the National Accord Document
