المستخلص: كانت الدول الاستعمارية الأوروبية تحاول تسويغ احتلالها لأفريقيا على أساس أنها تساهم في تمدين شعوب بربرية تحكمها الفوضى، لاسيما يشعر الأوروبي باحتلاله الأرض الإفريقية وسيادته على الرجل الأسود عملاً فيه الخير للأفريقي، وكانوا يصورون الأفريقي بشخص بليد لا يستطيع أن يبتكر شيئاً، إذ هو يجلب الأفريقي إلى فلك حضارة الرجل الأبيض المتقدمة، لاسيما واعتماداً على بعض عبارات العهد القديم (التوراتي)، تعتقد إن عدم المساواة بين الأجناس البشرية هو أمر كتبه الله، وعليه يعد الإفريقيون السود من سلالات (حام) الدنيا، بينما يعد المستوطنون البيض سلالات (سام) الذين ينبغي عليهم أن يهيمنوا على هؤلاء السود، ففضلاً عن زعمهم إنهم يحملون المدنية إلى منطقة همجية متخلفة، بمعنى أن الأوروبي كان يعتقد أن من حقه أن يحتل أراضي غير البيض، وأنه ليس غريباً أو أجنبياً عن هذه الأراضي، والاستيطان الأبيض في الجنوب والوسط الإفريقي ينطلق أيضاً من تلك الأرضية العقائدية، فالأغلبية تقوم على خدمة الشعب المختار البيض، حيث بريطانيا كانت تسمى مستعمراتها بالأراضي البريطانية، لذلك شجع الهجرة إليها. كان موقف قادة النظام العنصري في الجنوب والوسط الأفريقي، نتيجة طبيعية لإيمانهم بالدور التاريخي المهيمن للحضارة الغربية، ومكان البيض بكونهم حملتها وحماتها والحضارة في نظرهم هي "الحضارة البيضاء" وإن وحدة البيض ضرورة مطلقة ولا محال منها، وكان البيض حسب فلسفة تلك القادة في عداد البيض، بينما كان العرب في عداد السود، وكان الأساس الروحي لتلك المعادلة العنصرية هو اعتقادهم بأن خلفية البيض المستوطنين في الجنوب والوسط الإفريقي واحدة؛ لأن لهما خصائص شديد التدين، وحياتهم مبنية على الدين الذي تلقياه من كتاب واحد هو العهد القديم، وإنهم شعب المختار، الذي اختاره الله لنفسه، وهذه التفرقة العرقية بين البيض والسود، يبدي لم يكن أي احترام للعرب كشعب.

The position of the leaders of the apartheid regime in southern and central Africa was a natural result of their belief in the dominant historical role of Western civilization, and the place of whites as its bearers and protectors. Civilization, in their view, is the "white civilization", and the unity of the whites is an absolute and inevitable necessity, and the whites, according to the philosophy of those leaders, were among the whites, while the Arabs were among the blacks, and the spiritual basis for that racial equation was their belief that the background of the white settlers in South and Central Africa one; Because they have very religious characteristics, and their lives are based on the religion they received from one book, which is the Old Testament, and they are the chosen people, whom God chose for himself, and this racial distinction between whites and blacks, shows no respect for the Arabs as a people.
