the subject other research is handling the collection of the prayers for the excusing the rains The objective of the research to clarify the opines of some Jurisprudent in gathering payers for the excusing the rains with noting the most weighty opinion of jurisprudent of gathering and unifying the prayers for the rains as the research has handled the judgments of more of gathering prayers of excusing and slime and the hardness winds with referring to the prayers to be gathered for the excusing the rains and the times of collecting in addition to clarifying the level of rains that allowed with prayers gathering The methodology of the research the collection of inductive curriculum and comparative ones and analytical ones The most important results; it is allowed that many payers made for the people of jurisprudent for the rains excusing with restricting with the terms and conditions of jurisprudent in rains in which allowed to be gathered as it is allowed to gather all payers for the needs as it should not be used as a usual as according to the physician whose making a surgical operation with long hours and slime and muds are the allowed excusing for gathering the prayers also the hardness winds that are an excusing for gathering of two payers specially in countries with more coldness weather for more facilitation and eliminating the wounds.
